Wet Seal

Poor service in the store & Corporate Customer care is PISS POOR. Nyesha who said she is the store manager should be demoted cause she clearly has no tact and shouldn’t be in charge of ANYTHING. District manager is even worse called & he hung up on me Shawn Gorsin I believe. I will never purchase from Wet Seal again and I will be sure to give a thumbs down to any and everyone I know regarding the Wet Seal brand and the Lenox mall location. If I could rate a negative or ZERO STARS I would have!!! #AWFULSERVICE

This store rocks! I absolutely love this store! I stay here for hours. The clothes are cheap and nice and the customer service is top notch. I am definitely making multiple trips back. I mean were else can you buy one blouse and get another for a penny?

poor customer service!!! I wanted to return a dress that was damaged and the manager told me I damaged it!!! That was probably the dumbest thing I had ever heard. And FYI Unilocalers— I totally did not rip that dress! Anyway the lady told me she wouldn’t take it back. Even though I was within the return dates. What a bitch.

I love this Wet Seal. I always go the day after Christmas because they have great sales there. When I go I usually already know what I’m looking for. They have some really cute things, you just have to be careful because somethings are cheaply made. But hey even Macy’s has some cheap clothing I’ve had to overlook. Trust it’s (Macys) my favorite store, I know. But I have clothes from Wet Seal that I’ve been wearing for years. So I wouldn’t say it’s all cheap. I’m a classy/​sophisticated dresser so I do have to overlook a lot of their extra trendy items, some of it is too much for me!
Their customer service is also really good. They always have someone greeting you. I’ve also received many compliments on clothing items I’ve purchased from there. The prices are also good, not expensive at all.
