Ladies here do not give a flying frappuccino bout you getting in and out. Like people need do. At airports, amirite?! But stuck close to the gate, you don’t have much of a choice. My experience waiting 23 minutes for a tall iced coffee made me thankful for other places! Happy travels!

This airport Starbucks is always out of reach for me because of its proximity to the security line. I always remember it’s there once I’m in line for security, and I forget that I can’t go back out once I’m through security. Limited seating, so this isn’t your best place to sit around and wait for your flight or a delayed friend. However, my sister had a couple minutes to kill, so we luckily found a table to linger at. I stood in line for a good minute waiting to place my order. I hate getting in line behind families with little kids… Should they even be ordering drinks, yet? I didn’t have my first Starbucks drink until the late 2000’s. The barista was SO out of it. I kept saying nonfat iced latte, and she kept responding with«you want it iced?» The other barista couldn’t stand it after three tries, and went ahead with making my drink. They charged me for a tall iced latte and the level-headed, non-confused barista gave me a grande iced latte. Sometimes, I forget that Starbucks is supposed to have impeccable service standards like this, and this Starbucks isn’t bad. If you’ve got a little time to kill, this may be the spot.

Always great service with super happy obviously caffeinated employees. My dog loves her free pup a chino. It is just whipped cream in a cup but she goes nuts for them.

This was a terrible expertise, we arrived at the airport 9÷11÷2015 gate 209:35 pm… waiting to board to JaxFl thought we would grab a Starbucks coffee… we were treated so RUDE the girl at the cash register taking orders had an attitude towards us, ?? don’t know what her problem was but there were three girls working, just very rude, never experienced this at Starbucks, … the airport needs to know as well as the owner of this franchise… and reading other reviews seems there is a problem… people should not be treated this way, and we didn’t appreciate it.

Not my cup of tea. I refuse to pay $ 7 for a grande cup of coffee. I always order a grande peppermint zebra mocha and they always charge it as a white mocha since that costs more than the regular mocha and it’s the same amount of pumps, just divided in half. However, this location claims it’s because they’re not corporate that they charge differently. The girl at the register charged me for a white mocha drink, add mocha sauce and add peppermint syrup. I get adding the peppermint syrup but why add the mocha when I’m not asking for EXTRA mocha? It’s the same amount. When she rang me up I questioned her about it and decided that if that’s how it was going to me, I will just simply get a grande white mocha. However, they had already made my drink and by the way, it was without peppermint. So imagine my surprise after knowing they would’ve charged me well over $ 7 for a drink that wasn’t made to perfection. Staff was friendly though so props to their customer service but no no to their own«policies» I guess I should’ve just gone to Burger King and gotten their vanilla iced coffee for $ 1.71 boo

Laugh all you want for writing a review about Starbucks because we alll know that Starbucks is the RULER of the World. Anyhow by far this is the BEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. My white chocolate mocha with nonfat milk with light whip was the best mocha I ever had in my life. Not sure if it was the whip crème that they used or what but seriously it was just deliciousss! It totally hit the spot and I wish I would have gotten a grande, the service was good too. Long line but sooo worth it!

For a small little Starbucks, they are quick to make your coffee and the staff is super friendly! They also offer military discount and the lady seemed to know that we were a military family because she asked us and then remembered us the second time and automatically added it!

Awful… Took them 10 minutes to make my coffee with hardly any line… The person making drinks was very obviously high and extremely slow… The expensive price is to be expected but still…

This was a Starbucks in an airport that was not well designed. The line has to double back on itself to place and get your order — not a good idea when dealing with people and their luggage. The barista was a little blunt(almost rude) but she got the orders done fast.

Honestly, I have been off coffee since the beginning of 2012 and therefore I don’t visit Starbucks nearly as much as I have in the past 20 years. Luckily, Starbucks has wonderful Tazo Tea and of course the wonderful pastries, breakfast items and lunch bites. This is still my number one stop for an airport bite. You can always count on good taste and fresh food.

This Starbucks is super busy probably because of all the flights going through Atlanta. Would have been 4 stars because the baristas were super nice(probably Southern hospitality, plus I appreciate when people reply with a «You’re welcome» or something when I say«Thank you») but alas, airport inflation I cannot deal! So I had to subtract 1 star even though I loved my soy white mocha. Sadface!

Well this was a major disappointment. Of course the coffee was fine and the servers semi-polite which is rude in the South. Anyhow food items were $ 2 – 3 more per item. My sandwich had mayo on it and it was pre-wrapped. Really? Tasted disgusting. Just a warning to all. Not all Starbucks are alike and obviously the food vendor is different.

Near the T Gates… so good for my United flights. You have to be lucky to get a table here…2 tiny ones. I do not find the ladies here to be all that friendly… more mechanical if anything. anyone know why Starbucks do not Toast your bagel???

It’s nice to have a SBUX in airports for sure. This one offers a small selection of juices, fruits cups, etc. Service is friendly when I drop by.

Seriously, Airport Starbucks? You WON’T fill my sustainable mug because it’s NOT a Starbucks mug? Do you realize how ridiculous you sound, server girl? You sound even more ridiculous because I’ve not had my coffee yet, which you refuse to serve in my non-Starbucks sustainable mug… Server girl could not even explain the rationale behind this policy(perhaps, because there is none except corporate greed?) Server girl was also unmoved by the knowledge that her counterparts at the O’Hare Starbucks not only happily filled my sustainable mug, but also gave me the requisite discount. Guess whomever is at the helm of Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport Starbucks neither cares about the environment nor customer service. Starbucks has never been my coffee venue of choice, but in a pinch I’ll take it. Good thing for them, on that morning, I was in a pinch. Next time, I’ll be better prepared…

Would it be weird if I said that I got quite possibly the best caramel macchiato of my life at this random Starbucks in the Atlanta airport? Well, I’m not above saying weird things. And being weird, in general. Pretty good customer service, though not the best.

I’m giving four stars for basically one reason: this is the largest airport Starbucks I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen a lot. Hell, the interior here is bigger than some non-airport Starbucks locations. It also has a very inviting atmosphere. Probably the best Starbucks I’ve visited in an airport, better than most outside. One star deduction because it’s still Starbucks.

What can I say? I love Starbucks & for some reason this location is super close to my heart. They know my order when I walk in, I don’t ever have to speak a word even though I do say good morning. Maybe I come here too often, maybe I’m addicted to Starbucks… dent matter! They get 4 stars in my Book!
