Salvatore Ferragamo

I’ve discovered to the pleasure of my feet and the pain of my bank account that Ferragamo shoes are one of the only brands that usually are kind to my feet. It doesn’t hurt that I’m a sucker for bows and that’s one of their icons.
I’ve bought shoes here a couple times and each time they helped me try on different shoes and sizes and looked up shoes that are in other stores that I might want to get brought over to this location.
The only thing is sometimes service is a little slow, and I’ve even overheard a super rude phone conversation with another customer. I know it’s frustrating to speak with a rude customer but you can’t sink to their level. The customer is always right.
They carry purses, belts, and clothing as well. The store is split between men’s and women’s products.

I purchased a wallet for my fiancée’s birthday; however, as soon as she looked at the wallet there were scratches all over a supposedly «brand new» wallet. When we went to go return, the customer sales said, «You can expect to see scruffs all the time on brand new wallets.» How do you respond to such an ignorant statement? Let me know because I am still confused. So we asked to exchange for the same color, but a newer wallet where there is no scratches. We looked over to look at other items, but this is where she is really ignorant. She pretends to grab a new wallet, but instead grabs the same wallet to give back to us. WOW! I really recommend not coming here, but if you are coming from out of state and would like to experience Atlanta at its finest, this is definitely the spot to get the true ATL experience.

Always a big fan of Ferragamo shoes! I was there browsing and possibly looking for a purse. There seemed to be only one staff named Taunja working there. She greeted me when I walked in, got out from behind the counter and asked if there was anything she could help. That’s a good start.
Told Taunja I saw a purse online and we found it on one of those shelves. She brought it down and handed me the purse to try. She was very patient and showed me a few other bags. I told her I would go back and think about it. She gave me her card and said if she can be of any assistance in future, feel free to call her.
I cannot find any fault in the store and the service definitely meets my expectable of a high-​end boutique. An excellent customer service is even when a girl walked in without buying anything, one should still treat her well since one never knows when she will be back. Taunja has definitely delivered a great shopping experience for me :)

I am a long time Ferragamo fan. I’ve shopped at their stores all over the US, including outlet stores.
This is by far the worst store of them all. The staff has an attitude of «I can’t be bothered with your browsing»
I’ve come into this store two separate times, about a month apart. The staff is always behind the sales counter and never out of the floor. If you are looking for something, they will point you to it, and then go back to whatever it is they were doing before you bothered them.
If you have another question or inquiry, they act as if you are asking too many questions and are distrusted by your requests. I’ve asked if they had a pair of shoes is another size, and their reply is simply, «No.» Everywhere else I’ve shopped, the reply is «No, but I can order them from another store.»
I’ve had better service in their outlet stores!
I will not shop this store in the future. Stick to San Francisco or Chicago.
