Always sturdy angloized Asian fusion. Every is safe, solid and not overly inventive. This location sported excellent service ! I would not venture into the firecracker shrimp appetizer. Just fair. Try the Asian short ribs instead.

I made reservations, but when we arrived a few minutes before our time, nothing was set up, they were not busy, and we had to wait awhile for the table. Then when they sat us, they didn’t have enough chairs and then they squeezed into the table by adding more. Our server was new and he was trying, but he forgot one of our apps and then they forgot other things throughout the night. Normally all PF Changs have good service but this location does not. The food was ok, some of it came out so late that we weren’t hungry anymore.

The amount of salt this company uses in their food makes every dish you order inedible. Absolutely horrible but the interior decoration is lovely if you go there on prom night or after a funeral.

This review is based on the portion size alone. Ordered the spicy chang’s chicken and there are so few pieces of chicken that I can easily count them! When I see the bottom of the container in multiple spots, that tells you it is clearly not enough. $ 15.50 for this?!? No ma’am! Would they have been so stingy if I had eaten the meal at the restaurant?!? Ridiculous! I will not be going back to this location.

It’ really hard to wrap my head around Chinese, Asian Gourmet food chain places. There are 100’s if not 1000’s of mom and pop spots that blow a place like PF Chang’s out of the water. The food is ok but is it really worth the price… Ask yourself! The service is good but is it really bypassing that mom and pop spot that they be fresher in how they present the food? Just ask yourself! The décor is very nice, give that to them. But the parking can be a nightmare unless you do valet. Food is good. lettuce wraps are still a favorite but there is really nothing I can think of. Anything else on the food menu, I defer to other places in the metro ATL Grade: D

We have been to PF Changs in other locations(Jackson, Winter Park, Chicago) and normally this is a quality place. The Cumberland Mall location in Atlanta needs an intervention by the corporation… Standing at the bar for 15 minutes after I placed my drink order and still no drink… table becomes available 20 minutes after our reservation time so I cancel the drink and head for the table. Waitress takes drink order and says the kitchen is about an hour behind so you better order now…30 minutes later she stops by and says the drink should be right up… I cancel it and ask for more water(which was dry for quite some time). The rest of the meal was OK but very slow. Not sure what is up with this location but it definitely was not a quality experience.

DK was our server… He was great. I didn’t care for the egg rolls but everything else was good. We had Changs chicken, honey shrimp, and shrimp fired rice. They gave us a large portion of each! For the price and area you can’t beat it for Chinese food. There’s not really any great Chinese spots that I’ve found in the Smyrna area. It’s not the best that I’ve ever had but it is good for the area.

Nothing to complain about really, the service was a bit slow on drinks, but we had a big party so I’ll let it slide. Food was as expected

A solid, consistent chain that gives me a cheap fix of their addictive lettuce wraps. Nice staff, convenient and great for lunch when you’re fueling up for a day of shopping at Cumberland Mall. Definitely worth a stop. Also, register for their rewards program. You basically get free meals when you eat there semi-regularly.

I am still trying to determine if our waiter just lied to us or if PF Chang’s is falsely advertising just trying to get you in the door. We went in this past Tuesday specifically for the $ 13 Tacos and Tequila special that we had seen advertised. When I asked the waiter about it, he stated, «Oh that is just for lunch.» Well I thought it was strange because I didn’t remember reading anything about it just being for ‘lunch’. I didn’t question it anymore and went on with the conversation we were having at the table. I also sent a text to the others who were coming to let them know in case they wanted to go elsewhere since that is the main reason we decided to come. Two of us ended up still ordering the tacos which were okay. I ordered the classic mule too… which came in a glass? A mule, in a glass? Where is the copper mug? Ummm okay… We finish up the dinner and leave. As soon as I get home I see another add about Tuesday being Taco and Margarita or Sangria day… all day. So what is up with that? Is this location choosing to only participate in the special at certain hours. What? I feel as if my group was lied to. I knew I should have challenged what he said because I did not remember seeing any disclaimer that said it was just a lunch special. I would have given more stars but I am not happy about this at all. I could have gone to a Mexican establishment for some real tacos and tequila.

Favorites are crab wontons for appetizer and spicy chicken for the main course. No preference for dessert, but the Cheesecake Factory is right across the walkway… Wait staff was stretched thin and bathrooms were dirty but the food was great.

If I hadn’t had some really good experiences here in the past I would prob give this place 2 stars based on tonight’s experience. Here’s the deal: Pro: good lighting and atmosphere. It’s dark. candlelit…fairly interesting décor… usually crowded so the people watching is decent etc but the wait can be loooong but wait at the bar and problem solved. Or make a reservation Pro: service. I have never had a server that wasn’t personable and on top of their game. Tonight’s server seemed to lack a little knowledge of the menu and wine list but it was slow… she was quick to ask … And very nice so whatever. Con/pro: the food! I love Chinese food but this isn’t even Americanized Chinese food. It’s broken down even further to chain restaurant weirdness. They make it taste decent even good but this won’t satisfy your craving for Chinese. That being said if you are squeamish or don’t like Chinese this could be a pro. I’ve had the lo mein which was ok tasting but again not authentic. The wonton soup which I recommend, the lettuce wraps which I used to love but since discovered how easy to make at home would never order again. Tonight’s salmon was dry but the server didn’t ask how it was to be prepared so maybe if ordered medium it would be good. Overall go… With someone who wants that chain restaurant menu and flavor and vibe. Oh and another pro: strong drinks. with the exception of tonight usually many tasty cocktails have been consumed here… Perhaps why I’ve enjoyed PF Changs so much more in the past than I did tonight. Hmmmm

Everything we come here the service and food are both fantastic. Kind and professional service. The food has been great each time. This trip they forgot our edamame(which was actually fine because we ordered too much food) but when he remembered he brought it on out and didn’t charge us. The food is always what I expect of PF Chang. Love the famous lettuce wraps, their great egg rolls, Sichuan beef, Mongolian beef, and our 9 year loves the Baby Buddha Feast so much he ate 2 orders tonight, which is amazing for him!

I like P.F. Changs, they’re fancy and their food always comes out looking beautiful. The service was just eh. They were understaffed on waitors so all of our drinks sat empty for some time and no on checked on our meal until we were done. The floor manager did stop by, which is nice enough. Food quality is good. PF Changs is always consistent. Our friend pork dumplings were perfect, and the sauce is light and slightly sweet. I also ordered the fried green beans, I wasn’t blown away but they were executed well. My husband ordered a sushi roll which he said was fine. I had the crispy honey chicken which I thought was tasty, the sauce not too sweet. However, the size of the chicken pieces is small and you end with a lot of crispy. I would come back, I would not shy away at all. However, for a $ 50 dinner for 2… I would rather go to my favorite local little shop and get a good meal for $ 20.

This place is always stellar!!! The menu is great; lots of options and the drinks are on point. My most recent visit uncovered a few menu changes and price increases but I guess that’s the cost of doing business. Right now they have a 2 for $ 39 menu. It looks like they took some of the most popular dishes and placed them on this less expensive, dining for two option. You get your choice of soups, appetizers, main course and dessert. I highly recommend this place for any occasion or just a night out for dinner!!!

I would have given a 3, but … after thinking about it, I kind of had to give a 2… Parking — The lot is huge. No need to worry. Even during peak hours for Lunch/Dinner, you’ll find a spot. P.F. Chang’s is also next to Cheescake Factory and Maggiano’s, so yep, this side of the mall is pretty busy. They even have valet if you want it. But I’d just find a spot and avoid the hassle. Seating — I’ve heard P.F. Chang’s can take awhile. But the past 2 times I’ve been here, I never waited. So — I’m assuming they can accommodate a lot of people. Which is nice during a lunch/dinner rush hour. Service — this was a HUGE set back. Not good at all. Our server went MIA after we got our food. OH and when my table needed something(server was still MIA), we got the attention of 2 other servers, but when we waved at them, they just looked at us in confusion. Seriously? I understand we weren’t on their tables side, but still — management should have taught them to always be on the lookout for tables who need help. Maybe they are taught this, but it’s not enforced? Regardless, service itself was a 1 star. Our server also took a lot longer than usual to run our cards. Pet peeve:… my table only had 3 people. Yet when we got our checks, our server only gave us 1 pen and left. Didn’t even try to get another pen –_– I kind of dislike places who are too lazy to provide extra things like that. I guess I’m just being nit picky, but geez. Our meal should have been 45 mins to an hour, but lasted around 1.5 hours. Environment — I actually liked the environment & could tell the place was buzzing. Not a bad place to have a business meeting. Food: Gluten Free Singapore Noodles: Don’t get this. It was so watery. The shrimp was meh and the chicken was bland. Noodles were okay. But way too watery. The taste was also was not there. I had to add hot sauce to at least experience some sort of flavor. The portion was good though. Just need the dish itself needs to improve. Spring Rolls — if you have 3 – 4 people in your table, I’d get this as an app. It’s not amazing or anything, but it’s an ok appetizer to start your meal. The sauce that was included had a nice zing to it. Definitely had a better flavor when compared to my Singapore noodles. Although, the spring rolls were kind of greasy inside. I’d probably drink ginger ale or something to make sure your stomach doesn’t suffer later. Chang’s Spicy Chicken — out of the dishes I’ve had so far, this was the better dish. Had a little bit more flavor. But was cold when it came out. Seems like our server forgot to get it to us sooner. The portions were good & the rice that came out with it was a good compliment. I’d order their hot sauce to get a full flavor. I’m sure it’s better if it’s warm. My co worker ordered the lettuce wrap. I didn’t get to try it since I was getting full. But from what I saw, the portion was generous, but she also added hot sauce to get a nice kick out of the dish. The lettuce looked kind of old & not fresh. Overall…I’ll only probably come back if I have a client meeting here. Not worth the money to come here to eat just for fun. Overpriced for quality.
