Do NOT go here unless you enjoy sticking your feet in burning hot water for 30 minutes while being lied to «just five more minutes». This place is horrible. Save yourself the money and aggravation and paint your own nails.

I’m not big on reading online reviews but after my visit… I was compelled to search for the reviews and give my two cents. The service is appalling, and the pedicure was by far the WORSE I’ve ever had. First, they made some boiling hot water for my feet. Then they sent some young girl who was clearly in no mood to work over to do my pedi. Not only was she clipping my nails crooked but it was obvious that she had no clue what she was doing. I’m sure if everyone in there was checked to make sure they had a license… she would be running out the back door. Finally after 10 minutes, I asked for someone else. Meanwhile thy must’ve known she wasn’t any good cause the other workers kept looking back at me to see my reactions. So here comes the second lady who rushed her way through the job and royally screwed my polish. Last time I checked, they were supposed to remove the excess polish from the skin when they’re done. NOPE, not at this place. I would love to upload a photo of the work but I’m too embarrassed. They had the nerve to charge $ 5 additional dollars for a callus removal when I not only have NO callus but wasn’t even told they were charging for it. I will NEVER return and will happily drive the additional 3 miles to my other location. Save yourself, your money, and your time and RUN in the opposite direction!!!

I’ve had several pedicures and gel manicures here and they do a good job. They’re polish selection(both regular and gel) is quite expensive. Prices are average. I can’t complain about the pedicures, but I feel like they’re not too sure how to do a gel manicure. The process is different each time I go depending on who is doing them, and if you get the guy, prepare to bleed… dude cut a cuticle on each hand. Also, there’s a TV, but it’s never on, so all I can do is stare at the other women getting their nails done.

Wow worst gel manicure ever. I thought I would take a chance since I just moved here and the reviews are old. I got a gel manicure on Wed July 3rd and by Sunday 7 of 10 nails were lifting and peeling. Additionally the technician was in a heated discussion(it sounded like although I did not understand the language) almost the entire time she worked on my nails. Poor manicure and NOT relaxing. I would give zero stars if I could.

So… This place is awful. I was chatting with my friend the whole time and not really paying attention. First, she got mad I didn’t want the more expensive manicure. Then, she proceeded to file my nails in the weirdest ways. I left with 4 square and 6 round nails. My thumb nails had white American polish HALFWAY up my nail. My nails were better before the manicure. No joke. And the other girl told my friend to «RELAX!!» when she asked a question. Wow…

Today was my second time getting a mani/pedi from this salon and it was actually very good. It was $ 32 for one french mani and a solid color pedi. The lady massaged my legs for a good 15 minutes and it was very relaxing. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would go back again.

I don’t curse much, but after receiving my Pedicure and Manicure here, you can call me Sailor Carolyn because… I don’t know ‘WTF’ possessed me to visit this ‘GD’ place with these ‘DA’ incompetent ‘SOB’… My friend and I walk in to get much needed Manicures and Pedicures. We are instructed to pick our colors, which started out as an annoyance being that they have half a million polish bottles and non with the labels, you have no idea what color you are getting. We pick the perfect colors and are told where to sit. I am really excited because this place seemed really clean, they have like 30 chairs and an equal amount of workers. NOW the WTF part… Here I am chatting away with my friend enjoying catching up on lost time, enters the ‘ring leader’. Some ancient looking lady(wrinkles, hump back, grey hair… and crazy boob job, they were practically on her chin, I say it was a crappy boob job or a hell of a bra). She starts on my friends pedicure. The hour and a half that we are here the ring leader and her 2 followers(that were doing my mani and pedi) talked about my friend and I. It got to the point that the workers with their backs turned to us started turning around looking at us. I’m upset because 1) we frequently get mani/pedi so it couldn’t have been that bad. 2) We weren’t demanding so I am puzzled as to what they were saying. 3) After being talked about for over an hour I’m thinking why the hell should I tip them? So I figure if they are going to talk about me I should give them something to talk about, so for the two combined I give $ 2. I guess the guy doing my mani was so upset that I only gave $ 2, he threw the pedi girl her $ 1 and began laughing and talking. They both walk away, and I tell my friend… They want to continue talking about me I should take her $ 1 back(since she left it sitting there)… I will not visit this place again! I had a horrible experience, it wasn’t relaxing at all, the service was horrible and very unprofessional…*wicked smile* But hey I think I won in the end
