There are many different marriotts… Make sure you know which one you’re on by calling the hotel and also knowing which street your marriott is on. :) Customer service is very lovely and professional. They are helpful and friendly. We used their shuttle to park, and it was very cheap. It was $ 6 per day plus a $ 5 service fee. The shuttles come and go every fifteen minutes and they are good on their word. The only thing that bothered me is how chaotic the«hotel shuttle area» at the airport was. I wish we were told from the beginning that we should go to zone 1, instead of us pushing our way through in what seemed like the fish-market that is the ‘hotel shuttle pick up zone.’ Zone one was at the very end of this walk and there were so many aggravated and confused people all about. Then, there is no specific parking for the hotel shuttles and zone 1 had five parking spots … with the amount of people that were there, we couldnt see if the shuttle has arrived or not. finally, our shuttle comes into view, and we were so packed! But I guess it is still one of the better shuttles since I saw other hotel shuttles with so many people in it, I thought their doors were going to burst open. Anyways, for the price and the wonderful customer service, all four stars … I couldnt give five stars due to the confusion and chaos that we had to go through in trying to find out which«marriott shuttle” to take.

Had a horrible experience at the Marriott Atlanta airport(Best Rd). We left our car in their parking lot while we were gone on a 3 day trip. When we returned, we were horrified to find our car was infested with ants everywhere! They were in the trunk, throughout the interior of the car, and crawling on the engine. We spoke with the security and loss prevention personnel at the hotel. We will see how this gets resolved and will post again. For now, we are avoiding our car and wondering how to get rid of the ants.
