We had a representative come to our home over one year ago to give us a quote for Windows. The quote for the Windows was about $ 1000/window. I told the rep that no matter how good a window may be, there was no way I would pay $ 1000 for a window. That began the follow up calls made to my cell phone. The first one was from a manager that asked why we didn’t decide to use them. I politely explained why and again said that we would not be using them for our windows. This did not stop the phone calls. 3, 4, 5th time, I continued to ask them to take our name and number off of their list. I got another call today(just two weeks after receiving one) from Ron. He again asked if we had gotten our window job completed. As you can understand, I was not very nice any more. Ron has been one in the past to call me so hearing me tell him to not call again was not the first time. As I was telling him that we do have someone doing our windows and to not call again, he hung up on me. Yes, we did NOT do business with them and after this call harassment, I am extremely happy we didn’t. If they have to call over and over, to me that means they are searching for business. It also means that you do not respect your potential customers. They may have a good window and I don’t know this, but I would certainly not recommend them for any job!

Doug came out to our home, measured all of our windows, showed us a really informative demonstration, and then did a presentation showing us his windows. To say we were impressed would be an understatement. There was no pressure. We ended up buying 23 windows. the turn around was quick, considering they are all custom made. We now love our new windows! I would be happy to recommend Madaris to anyone. Be sure to ask for Doug he is really nice, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us.

Saw Madaris advertising on Atl&co. Since we are going to need some windows on our new home I thought I would call to get a «ballpark» estimate per window. The lady answering the phone was polite and transferred me to the«manager». He asked if we had closed on the home and I told him no. He said he could not send out a salesman for an estimate until we closed. I explained that I just wanted a general ballpark estimate, he said they did not do it that way. I explained I had no idea what the cost of new windows would be. I asked if it was $ 100-$ 750 per window to please just give me some information. He then rudely told me that I asked a simple question and he gave me a simple answer. He then proceeded to act like buying windows were state secrets! I argued with him for a bit and explained that I would not use Madaris ever and would not recommend. Upon hanging up I noticed that they had called me twice trying to solicite. WTF Madaris
