I use the app to order a sandwich for pick up, I gave them 15 minutes before I even pulled in and my sandwich still wasn’t made, on top of that it was the wrong sandwich, these people have the easiest job in the world and can’t even make a sandwich, I feel sorry for them

Great place for sub sandwiches in downtown Atlanta. It’s close to my office and has outdoor seating.

Sandwiches and big a$$ pickles – good deal for the price and pretty tasty.

Slow service and the food was not made correctly. I was very disappointed after hearing such great things.

ok so i decided to write a review for jimmy johns. however i could not find the one that i most used to frequent when i worked downtown so i decided to add it. hopefully i got the address rite.
OK so i am giving jimmy johns a 5 STAR rating because i loveeee it.
basically its just a quick sub/​sandwich shop. kind of like a subway but wayyyy more refined and updated. u walk in and u have a choice of about 20 sandwiches on ur choice of a couple kinds of bread or a sub roll. all made in house.
Personally i always get the #9. its called the italian night club… and its delicious. i always opt to get the add on cherry peppers for free. add a good lil kick to the sandwich. i have had quite a few of there other sandwiches i just like this one the most. ive never had a bad experience at any jimmy johns i have been to and i have been to quite a few. they make them so quick that even when they are a bit slow they are still fast.
these are basically all over the southeast as far as i know. i moved from tallahassee fl where i first discovered them to knoxville tn and then here to atlanta and all places have had them.
In short this place is amazing if ur feeling hungry and dont really wanna stop and take a lot of time to eat. yes they do offer seating areas in most if your no on the run.
anyone who like a good sandwich or sub would love this place and i urge all of u to try it.
