I called an asked if day make delivery day answer yes and I gave de adress and day told me o we don’t deliver it’s out o range 3 mil tha is a dome

Look at the menu and decide what you want before you drive through. And be sure you tell them what kind of bread you want if they forget to ask. They rushed me through and gave me a sub when I wanted wheat bread and then got an attitude when I told them I didn’t want it. On the positive the food is good. Service, not so much.

Clean place, friendly greeting and yummy sandwiches. I was impressed by their 100 health department score! We’d go again.

1^st time trying jimmy johns, service was great and food was good, not crowded and not expensive.

So I really love this place.
Good simple sandwiches with great bread. Nothing more, nothing less.
Normally if I want a sub or sandwich and don’t want to get out of my car to stand in some line I make my way to a Jimmy Johns. I think its genius that they have a drive thru.
My issue with this location is the customer service.
They sometimes hand you the sandwich without a bag, yep, they just pass you the wrapped sandwich right through the window. Ummm yes a bag would be nice. A hello and a smile is definitely a stretch for this location, if you do get one of the two just know that you must be special.

The staff gossiped for a while before I asked to be served. When my food was ready, I checked it, only to find out it was incorrect. The young man in the food prep line, went to the back and came back with lettuce dangling from his hands. He placed the lettuce on the cutting board prep line with no paper underneath. And instead of making a new sandwich, he proceed to pick out the contents of my wrong sandwich to add to the new one.
When I asked for my money back, I was welcomed with a bit of an attitude. The ‘gentleman’ wearing a polo shirt (manager, I guess) didn’t bother to make it right. He chose to loose a customer instead of a few tomatoes and lettuce scraps.

My coworkers and I eat at this JJs at least once a week and I’ve never had anything but a good experience there. Today, one of the girls in the office went over there to pick up sandwiches. When she got back she was flustered and frustrated because when my sandwich was made incorrectly, the employee at the window wouldn’t give her a new sandwich until she paid the 50 cent difference. The employee literally held my sandwich hostage because SHE made the order wrong.
My remade sandwich (with 50 cents worth of wheat bread!) looked like it was made by a child, the bread was squashed and it was absolutely slathered with and inedible quantity of mayo. I called and the manager sent a delivery driver to bring me a new sandwich. But because he used the ticket in the system, it was the wrong sandwich. Hopefully the cranky grouch in the window is a new employee that isn’t going to last long!

Young «lady» was exceptionally rude, and hung up on me three times in a row. Is it that hard to order a sandwich?

Location is ridiculous– tried ordering delivery to my location which on Google maps is 4.2 miles away– 8 minutes. Location apparently only delivers to a five minute radius, not mile, which every other delivery place does. So thanks! Will never use location because of poor customer service and I am three minutes too far for company.

So unhappy with this location. I live within 5 miles and was excited when this location opened up. Only to find out that my address was not listed. I have tried submitting my address and still six months later address still not added smh. I would be happy to change my rating once I see why my address has not been added cause the location and service is great it’s just the delivery part that’s not.

Fast delivery great subs, get it the way that you want it. I couldnt ask for anything better only I did wish their bread was softer, that would make them amazing.

This was my first time to a Jimmy John’s and I was more than happy with the food and service. I don’t know if this is the case for all Jimmy John’s but the service was very quick. It could be that I usually frequent Subway which offers extremely customized sandwiches and Jimmy John’s didn’t appear to have that. But good place to eat if you’re in the area since there’s not much around.

It’s a jimmy johns. It’s solid. In this area of town there aren’t many choices
