I heard that had good food here, but the customer service is so poor at this location that I changed my mind altogether and decided not to purchase anything from them.

Delicious sandwiches with friendly associates. I frequent this location between classes and I’ve never been disappointed. And they’re as freaky east as advertised!

Awesome as always. This is what you get when you don’t hire for the lowest common denominator.

Freaky Fast sandwiches. Great to grab between classes when I don’t have time to wait in line elsewhere. And the bread is fantastic.

I usually go to Jimmy John’s when there’s not much time to eat lunch and to indulge on the bread(don’t know how they make it, but it’s freaking delicious). They always take care of you quickly. The wait time for your sandwich is about 5 min max. They have flavorful chips too. I don’t like, though, how you have to tell them exactly how many packets of mustard you’ll need instead of grabbing as much you like(and I like an obscene amount of mustard on my sandwiches) when asked about that they said it was the manager’s decision(guess he was losing money because of excess mustard use???). Overall, a quick sandwich lunch with good bread.

This location is ok. I came in to grab a sandwich to go before a night class and the employees made it very obvious they were ready to go– they still had 20 minutes till closing time and all i wanted was sandwich. I just wanted a napkin and they made me go around the counter to get it. They are lucky the bread is good.

Save your damn time and go to another jimmy johns. Two days in a row they made my delivery sandwich wrong. Maybe it’s time to retire the speed and focus on quality. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

Not sure what’s up with all the hate towards this Jimmy Johns. It’s JJ’s people… not some gourmet sandwich shop. You should be comparing this place to a Subway, not a mom and pop’s sit down. I prefer JJ’s cause of the quick delivery, online ordering, and just overall better taste than a Subway in my opinion, but to each their own. I mean, I’m not going to rate this place 5 stars because it doesn’t blow your taste buds out of the water(no fast food will, except maybe Chipotle…), but its far better if you lower your standards a bit for a $ 5 – 7 sandwich that is by far adequate enough to satiate your lunch time hunger. This place isn’t too far from the 5 points Marta station either. Probably a 4 – 5 minute walk.

I do enjoy JJ’s and eat there from time to time. That said this one is nothing special. They are usually busy, but toady was dead due to the businesses in the area still being closed for the holiday. They took care of me right away, made my sandwich and got me out the door in less than five minutes. Typically I reserve 4 and 5 stars for the places that blow me away, so don’t think my 3 star rating means there is anything wrong. I just think there are a dozen places downtown that are so much better.

A sandwich is pretty much my least favorite food to order out. Why? Because they’re so easy to make at home! But I am indeed a fan of Jimmy John’s. First, because they’re great when ordering for a group. They’ll split orders across multiple forms of payment, have no problems with making modification, label each sandwich by name, AND deliver for free. And their«speedy fast delivery» motto is no joke! The traditional sandwiches are solid, but I most appreciate their healthier options. The lettuce wrapped«unwich» is a good low cal/low carb modification, that comes at no additional cost. They’ll take any sandwich on their menu, and wrap it in large lettuce leaves, like a lettuce burrito. This isn’t a sandwich-in-a-bowl like some places offer, but an actual lunch you can pick up and eat(neatly) with your hands, no fork and knife required. And did I mention they’re pretty cheap? A recent lunch for my team of six people, delivered to our office, only set me back $ 44, tax and tip included.

Someone from this location needs to make sure the spastic bicycle girl takes her meds everyday so she doesn’t attack random vehicles as they drive by.

Wow are they fast. I waited maybe 15 seconds from the time I finished paying to the time my sandwich was ready. This was my first time venturing into JJ’s and I was pretty pleased. Service was not exactly cheerful, but it was polite and efficient. The space inside isn’t huge. There are a handful of tables, along with some outdoor seating. I came in around 1pm and there were only two people ahead of me. Not sure what it’s like at the height of the lunch rush. I ordered the #12 Beach Club, which I enjoyed. I’m not a huge fan of white bread, but theirs was okay. The rest of the ingredients were tasty and fresh. The chips, which are made and packaged by JJ’s, were good. Although they’re touted as being ~natural~ or whatever, be advised that they contain MSG and a couple of other processed sounding ingredients. Having burned out on Peachtree Center, this is a part of downtown I’ve recently begun frequenting. JJ’s is definitely in my rotation now.
