Spent some time here waiting on my flight to Punta Cana. If you like bloody marys, give theirs a try. Spicy and delicious. We also had the seafood quesadillas. Everything was very nice.

Very rude! Went to sit at a table with four chairs and the waitstaff told us to sit at a table for two. We left and ate elsewhere. Hardly anyone their!

Staff were polite and courteous. Nice interior for airport, very open. The Burger was excellent and cocktail called the Rhett Butler was delicious! The tilapia looked great but we ran out off time.

Burger, fries, terrible service, uncooked food. How can you mess up a burger? Dunno, but this place did. Complete opposite of what I had ordered burger temperature wise. The server was too overwhelmed with running the place to focus on any one individual table. Waited so long for them to take my credit card that I finally left cash, shorting them on a decent tip. Though there’s no love loss, they stiffed me on a drink refill. If you work as a server in an airport, please don’t be shocked when people actually have to get up leave and fly out of there. Thing was, I gave myself an hour for a burger and fries and it still wasn’t enough. Maybe the old adage of time moving slower in the south still holds true today.

Food and drinks were very good for an airport restaurant. Really enjoyed the chowder and the grapefruit and vodka drink I can’t remember the name. The service was a little iffy though. Our waitress seemed very confused most of the time and kept forgetting stuff. Grab a drink here if you’re waiting on your flight.

Had some drinks at this place with friends while waiting for our flight. The prize is a lil much for a drink but I guess it’s because of the location which is at the airport. The server ay first was kinda not happy to see us. And not really friendly. I always want to go to places that has nice bartenders and server coz that’s makes the place better. Anyhow we had fun with our drinks because of our company and friends we just kinda forget about the server.

Great place to chillax during a layover. If you visit this place, go for the crab and corn chowder.. . You will not be disappointed. It is perfect. It’s light but enough for fill you up. It has a perfect blend of spices. .. for an airport restaurant and it goes down smooth with a nice glass of wine or beer. The fellow, who was on staff(Aug 3rd, 2015), was very friendly and his service was on point. When you are in the F terminal make sure that you explore all of your food options because there are more restaurants than what is in the upstairs food court.

SUMMATION: Small, hectic, loud, busy, and crowded café. Service way too slow for airport takeout. They also confused our order. They cannot decide if they are hectic, airport fast food or relaxed gourmet. This is an interesting, if unrequited, effort. WAITSTAFF: Hurried and not particularly good. SOUP: Gumbo with shrimp, crawfish, etc. Was good, but not great. Portion was okay, but not generous. Shrimp were over done, but crawfish excellent. SALAD: Caecar salad with shrimp, but they served chicken. Chicken was very good and in a generous amount, but that did not make up for the disappointment at 30,000 feet. ENTRÉE: May First Mate had grilled chicken sandwich with asparagus, which was very good and in a generous portion. INTERNET: free WiFi COMPARISON: One Flew South, in Terminal E, is definitely better. It is also owned by Global Concessions. PROBLEMS:(I) I gave my order and they repeated it, but I ordered shrimp and they prepared chicken. (II) Much too long of a wait for takeout at an airport. HEALTH: Lemon and lime slices are handled with bare hands at the bar. Ask April for a Bloody Mary. One of the best I’ve ever had. So good. I asked if it was a mix, she politely said that she makes them special. You can really tell. I will visit the F Terminal every time I’m in Atlanta just for the Bloody Mary.

It’s good I got the delicious shrimp quesadillas or this never would have made 3 stars. The restaurant is seat yourself which is just an opportunity to get overlooked– despite there only being 20 or so tables. Unacceptably slow service for an airport. Had high hopes for the shrimp and grits. The shrimp were good but the grits were lukewarm and congealed as if they sat for some time *not* under a heat lamp. Too many other better options to make a second visit here, though.

Quite possibly the most over-cooked chicken I’ve had in my life. It was almost inedible. I complained and they did nothing. So sad — I’ve been here before and it was pretty good.

This restaurant crouches in an odd, triangular space that could use a décor update but what a shrimp cocktail! Take my input with a grain of salt as I was traveling from a landlocked state — but, first, I didn’t like the price. $ 13, but heck it’s the airport. Well, I just finished it and it was worth every penny. Nice, big, plump shrimp served chilled, just enough piqué to the sauce and the little crunchy things were great. Had it with the Pinto Grigio and it was a nice mix. Good, attentive service.

This is my favorite restaurant at the airport when going/coming back from international business trips — pretty regular customer. I’ve eaten here 4 times all with excellent food experiences. The smoked salmon and their fish tacos are excellent. The service can vary from fair to excellent but is always friendly. I was surprised to see the marginal reviews. I highly recommend for the regular traveler.

Ok. So I know I’m at the airport should not expect much. But, we wanted seafood so we tried this place. First of all they brought out my seafood gumbo too cold. I sent it back and they nuked the living hell out of it. I always figure you can get something like soup at a place like this and it should be good. It really had potential. Too bad they messed it up

Disappointing… Caesar Salad was great, however the Blackened Grouper was over seasoned and salty. Sherry crime sauce was way too sweet. Prep cook did not trim the asparagus correctly… Back to my favorite, One Flew South.

My favorite restaurant in ATL airport! This is my 2nd time here. The first time, I had red snapper with asparagus & couscous, and I also had a cup of crab & corn chowder. I cleaned that plate up & the soup is awesome! This time I had a crab cake appetizer & shrimp & grits with vidalia onions. They give you only one crab cake(which is good since I was eating alone), but it’s a large piece. It’s big enough to share with 2 people as an appetizer, and it was mostly crab meat! The shrimp and Parmesan grits are really good too. Def go here if u have a long layover… 1.5−2hrs minimum, just to give u enough time to eat without rushing & get to your next flight on time.

I had some extra time which is unusual so decided to venture to this Terminal specifically for this restaurant. Shoulda stayed in D. After reviewing what looked like an OK menu, I decided on what I wanted and asked the bartender if there was a seat with an outlet(I know… extremely unusual request in an airport). So… she takes me to a table and states that I can see the outlets from which I could plug my phone in about 15 feet away.(So they have NO seats with outlets in this restaurant.) I agreed this was fine and went to sit down. The manager hurriedly came over and said he couldn’t allow me to sit in his restaurant because I had a Starbucks drink in my hand. I explained I was going to order an appetizer and entrée and he insisted, in front of other customers, that I was not allowed to stay in the restaurant with food or drink from another establishment. I reiterated that I was going to spend $ 20-$ 30 on a few items and he continued to refuse with a hand towards the exit. THISISTHEMOSTIMPORTANTPARTOFTHISREVIEW. I WENTUPSTAIRSFROMHERETOECCO. Now double-fisting a great cocktail and a Starbucks Frappacino with my phone plugged in at an outlet at my table… who could ask for more. For the rest of their 5-star review, please see my review of ECCO. I wouldn’t give Jekylll and Hyde another shot with this option right upstairs. I really feel bad for the owners and waitstaff when the managers take income right out of their hands…
