It’s About Time

These guys had fantastic customer service, I was in a rush and left my debit card with them, and then flew home to Michigan the next day without realizing it. They were kind enough to mail it back to me even though it’d cost them time and money. Rare to find a business that will do that for a customer.

Sold me 2 fake rolex’s. I bought one for myself and one for my mom for mothers day for 800 $ I didn’t know how much they were (first time ever buying anything fancy). I cracked the glass on it and i tried to get it repaired and they said it would cost 150 $ because they had to special order it from the rolex store. I got it replaced somewhere else. When I went to return them after I got them appraised they told me they had a no return policy and offered me an exchange. When I went to get them exchanged they told me all the prices on the watches were double the price of what they showed because they had a valentines special they hadn’t token down yet (its almost april). After haggling I got 1 watch for 700 dollars, they kept the extra 100. These guys are thieves

Creepy, make sure you ask what the price is for a battery replacement before they do the work. I had them replace 2 batteries and it cost 47.70!!! Seriously? Go elsewhere, there is a great place in the mall call fast fix that will do a better job.

I bought a watch and here for $ 28 and it cracked 2 days later! When I went to return it with my receipt the store associate informed me that have NO return policy. They had only one mfr for that band size but I didn’t want to use another inferior band. I ended up with a store credit that expired in two weeks! Bah! Terrible experience, terrible store and terrible merchandise!
