Please hang fire before spending a large amount of money in this store. I am currently waiting for a reply from them concerning my purchase, waiting 2 weeks now. They sold me an Oris watch that seemed like a bargain, ok schmuck me. The watch they sold me wasn’t the one that belonged in the case they gave me. I confirmed this with Oris in Switzerland. The guarantee card they gave me didn’t belong to the watch that should have been in the case, or the watch they gave me. Also confirmed by Oris. Also confirmed was the fact that I paid 1500 dollars for an expensive watch with no guarantee from Oris. I will update this review with any progress as it happens

Best place to go for watches!!! They will do anything for you! Battery changes, sizing, cleaning… etc anything. And they have the best prices out there. I’ve never seen better prices for the stuff they do anywhere else. They also have a very nice collection of watches. The people are friendly and funny. Great customer service! Great prices! AND great service all around!

love these people. wouldn’t go anywhere else. have been getting my watches, bands and batteries there for years. they stand by their product and work. when it was time for my sixteen year old to get a real watch, that’s where we went. knowing a sixteen year old may lose it, didn’t want to spend too much. found an outstanding watch for her. no charge to cut down number of links. same for me when i bought a new band there for my existing watch. no charge to cut down links and assemble. when i get new batteries for the watches, no charge to install new batteries. stand behind their work. a service to the community. will go there another twenty years.

I had a watch battery replaced for a very low price. The staff was friendly and the repair was very quick. My girlfriend also had her watch repaired here the day before and they did an excellent job with hers too. My watch is a Kenneth Cole analog and hers is a Timex digital. This location seems to have technicians who have good knowledge on a wide variety of watches. It was very pleasant to interact with them. I will be returning if I have any problems in the future. Batteries come with a one year warranty.

I should have read the reviews before entering this store. I bought a leather watchband on Sunday night and Tuesday, the band had ripped and one of the clasps had fallen off — 2 days after I bought it. I went back to this store today and was told by its employees that(1) there was no warranty, it was the manufacturer of the watchband, not the store,(2) they refused to refund my money, and(3) there was no manager/person with authority onsite until Sunday. This is unacceptable and I would strongly caution against spending your money in this establishment.

Worst service; don’t waste your time. Failed to resize my watch correctly and then did not offer a refund. Told us it would be ready in 30 minutes but 1 hour later the watch was still not ready. They kept us waiting by saying«2 minutes until it’s ready» but 20 minutes later we still did not have the watch. They also scratched the watch of the customer ahead of us and refused to offer a refund.

I brought my watch in for a simple battery repair and they provided the wrong battery and no refund. Never. Go. Here.

After reading the other reviews a few weeks ago I decided not to get my watch battery replaced here. I found myself in Lenox mall yesterday with my favorite Armani watch still in my purse dead as a doorknob. I figured I would try them anyway. I am so happy I did. I had priced getting my battery replaced and knew it would be between $ 30 – 50. I was greeted by a nice man when I walked in. I told him what I needed. He checked the price for my battery. He told me it would be $ 45 but he’d do it for $ 35. At this point I would of paid anything honestly lol. I agreed and he gave me a time frame of 30 minutes. He gave me a ticket to pick it up at that time. When I came to pick it up he was with another customer but acknowledge me right away. Finished with his customer and retrieved my watch. He let me inspect it and asked if I needed anything else. My watch was clean and neat. The man who helped was the only employee I saw while in the store. He was very nice. Considering the cost of the watches I wear $ 35 is not much to replace a battery. And even for a cheap watch $ 10 – 15(per other reviewers post) is not much considering you are not having to find the battery and crack you watch open yourself. Maybe Walmart is a better option for these people. As for me I will continue to use this business for my watch repair needs!

Weird experience this time. I had no issues the first time here, but this time was different. I popped in during lunch on a weekday to get a new watch battery. After some time the guy comes up to me and said I have a broken gasket and need a new one, $ 10. I asked how that happens. He said«I don’t know. Have you had the battery replaced before?» and I thought to myself«Yes…by you.» So I get the new gasket and battery and the guy is ready to ring me up, about $ 27 total. But he can’t process my credit card because another employee is on hold on the phone(??). When said employee is informed of the situation he gets off the phone then gives the other employee a hard time about having to get off the phone. He jokes«but for you, I do it». Ummm. how about for your customer??? The one who is trying to pay you??? I think I’ll go elsewhere next time my ticker stops ticking.

If there wasn’t enough bad reviews about this place, I’d lengthen my review. The short story is that I took my Movado watch in to be repaired. They quoted $ 150 for the repair and when I hesitated, through persuasion like a used car salesman, they encouraged me to use their«layaway program.» Months later, my watch was COMPLETELYLOST, and I was informed that no layaway policy exists. My constant nagging finally settled with a replacement watch and paying half of the cost of the brand new watch– that they lost! This place will cheat you. Do not consider it!

I have been to this Lenox Mall location several times and each time I tell myself that I will not return. But I frequently fall victim to a dead watch battery in need of replacement and am yet to obtain a good recommendation for a watch repair place to frequent… so I grudgingly return. The battery prices are different here depending on the day of the week. Sometimes they are willing to bargain and other times they won’t. On my most recent visit, they wanted $ 15 to change a watch battery. They said the battery itself costs $ 8 and the remaining $ 7 is the cost of installation, which generally takes less than 10 minutes. Sounds like a rip-off to me. I cannot comment on the quality of their merchandise for sale. They appear to have a good variety of styles for both men and women, but their customer service is dramatically lacking.

Sonofa… I wish I had read the other reviews on Unilocal before heading here. Truth be told, I had a broken pin on the band of my watch and I was in the Buckhead area. It’s About Time is the only watch company I’m even familiar with so I stopped in at their Lenox location. I handed the lady my watch and she told me it would cost $ 15. After returning from the back of the shop with manager alongside, she said it would be $ 25. I said, «What happened to 15?» The manager responded for her, «This is a difficult pin,» and she piped up aggressively, «NO! I TOLDYOU $ 15 to $ 20!» She didn’t. They came down to $ 20. Why I didn’t take my watch back at this point is my own beyond me. While waiting, I witnessed a clerk use sale tactics that would put used car salesmen to shame. 15 minutes later my watch was handed over to me by another worker. He showed me the receipt and explained that there was a one year warranty on their battery replacements? I didn’t get a battery replaced… Upon further examination of my watch, the pin was a poor fit and while they forcefully hammered it into place, they dented/scratched my band. The whole experience really reminded me of Sabra Price is Right, especially the misfit pin — «So? Pinnacle is good company! Inside is same as Toshiba! TOSHIBAGUTS! Is same thing!»

This review is for the Lenox Mall location. Do not have your battery replaced here… period. First, the guy destroyed the little slot that was on the side of my watch used to pry the back plate off. I asked them what happened. The guy then tried to buff it out and handed it back to me with a big«U» shaped scratch about ¼″ in size. I asked again and was getting very upset. The manager took the watch back to the«repair man» for a third time. The guy went to polish it off and this time the machine made a terrible sound. The guy then tells me he needs to fix the watch and it will take a day and to come back. I said I couldn’t wait so he told me to come back in 15 minutes. I waited outside for 10 minutes and then decided to look through the glass and saw that my watch was in pieces and he was now trying to fix the mechanical parts of the watch. The sound I had heard before was my watch getting smashed. I demanded compensation for my now busted watch. He wanted to give me a guarantee on my own watch after he fixed it… ha! no way. My watch was destroyed. He then wanted to give me a watch of theirs of the same brand but I didn’t like any of their watches. He would not give me money and offered to order the same one. I didn’t not want to deal with them anymore so I decided to accept a watch of the same brand but was not really what I wanted. The manager was not rude and offered to replace the same watch; however, the moral of the story is «don’t let them touch your watch.»
