I was really surprised at the lack of class and attention to detail the store has. I dropped my watch to be repaired almost a year ago. After waiting several months for a call to tell me it had been fixed I returned to receive a dirty repaired but non functioning watch. I gave it back and waited several more months to get it fixed again. Finally they offered to mail it so I wouldn’t have to return and I asked them to make sure a signature was required at delivery. This was not done and I found my 10,000 dollar watch delivered at my doorstep. Because I love bulgari my husband bought me a purse for Christmas that they stuffed in a bag that was too small. No box, no respect for the amount that was spent. I’ve left over and over disappointed with the presentation and lack of customer service here.

Customer service is exceptional! Have always have a great experience when shopping at Bulgari. They know how to take care of you and are never «pushy» about one selection over another.
Have purchased several pieces from the B. zero collection and am now looking for a matching necklace to go with the black ceramic B. zero ring purchased earlier in the year for her.
