Infuse Events

When I was planning my wedding, the one piece of advice I consistently got from everyone I talked to was «Hire a coordinator!». I might be brimming with self-​confidence, but I am not so sure of myself that I won’t listen to good advice! So… hire a coordinator I did… and I chose Aisha with Infuse Events.
Aisha is a fantastic wedding coordinator! We only got the «day-​of» package, but she offered much more than just wedding day coordination. She checked in with me throughout the planning process, making sure we were on track and actually had food, a cake, a DJ, etc. And also making sure I was sane, healthy, and happy!
Aisha met us at our wedding site to help plan the layout, she led the rehearsal the day before, she called all of our vendors to verify arrival times, payment, etc. And on the big day, she was absolutely phenomenal! I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The flowers were delivered, the vendors all showed up and got paid, the wedding party managed to get ready and to the venue on time, and the mister and I got hitched. And then we had a fabulous reception! Aisha made sure we got photos, ate dinner, danced, cut the cake, tossed the bouquet — all things I would have forgotten because I was so wrapped up in the excitement of the day.
Aisha’s calm and caring demeanor were icing on the cake, too. She never seemed stressed out by all the craziness, and she genuinely wanted us to have the best day possible. She gets the
Awesomeness Award, for sure!
