I purchased a gilt for three blowouts at Highland Lash. At my first appointment I was charged $ 10 more because she used the curling iron on my hair. It wasn’t until after my service that I was informed of this up charge. My second experience was fine. However, my last appointment was the worst. I waited for fifteen minutes and once I was taken back the hot water was out during the shampoo (which I understand can happen but if you have a blow out bar have a better hot water heater). My stylist did a terrible job on my hair. He was rushing to finish since he was already behind schedule and it showed in my hair. I had to go home and run the straightener through it to tame it down. I would not recommend this salon.

I recently received services at Highland Massage which is located inside of Highland Lash Studio. My therapist Natalie was excellent! She has thorough knowledge of massage techniques and treatments beneficial for maximum healing and muscle conditioning. I felt very comfortable in the space provided. It was clean, well-​scented and had relaxing music playing in the background. I plan to be a regular customer and will return for a treatment in two weeks. If you are looking for massage services that are healing for your body and soul, give Highland Massage a try. You will enjoy it :).

I had my lashes touched up/​filled at Highland Tanning & Lash. $ 75.00 later (65.00 & 10.00 tip) and they were virtually all gone by the end if the day. 8 came out after I returned home. I have had lashes for 4 years & have never had this poor of a job. I will continue to go to Luxury Lash Lounge even though it is much farther away!!! Save yourself some money & DON’T GO HERE !!!
