Yum! I’ve been struggling to find a good pizza since moving down here from NYC(yeah, yeah what a cliché, I know) and haven’t been impressed with anything — until felinis. I can only speak to getting a whole pie — but it’s perfectly balanced between sauce, cheese, and crust — which is thin, chewy not crispy. I do think this is the type of pizza that is better as just cheese, as I’ve seen many toppings kind of overwhelm it. So happy I found it!

Good corner slice. One of the few places in Atlanta who’s crowd is truly socioeconomically, and ethnically mixed. The pizza is filling and of high quality. The rotating taps often have great beer options. On this latest trip they had the Monday Night Brewing Blood Orange IPA. Solid space with a nice patio. A great place to kill time with a newspaper during the day or late night with friends after boozing.

Really cool little place that’s open late when you’re hungry but pizza is just okay. I guess it tastes better after you have had a few but we didn’t :) Actually my favorite thing was the house salad. It was big and had a nice mix of veggies paired with the house Italian dressing. They also have a nice outdoor patio that is nice to sit out on when the weathers warmer. FYI they serve wine and beer. Overall pizza is ok, nice vibe and good salad.

I mean… it’s Fellini’s. If you live in Atlanta, you know. It’s a good, affordable default pizza with all the toppings you want on it. You can get it flat or sicilian style(big and thick. Not deep dish just super thick crust.) Just depends on what mood you’re in. They also have really tasty calzones with all the cheese and pitchers of ATL-based beer. It’s a good, frill-less place to eat some pizza. The patio is great when the weather is nice. Giant(more patio than restaurant) and it’s nice to chill next to Peachtree Road and just hang out. Also if you get there and then realize you don’t feel like pizza, you can always go next door to La Fonda(which is true for most Fellini’s’s)

Good ambiance and patio. Great space to hang out in on a nice evening. However, the pizza itself is nothing to write home about. There’s definitely higher quality pizza nearby in the neighborhood. That said, if you’re looking for something inexpensive and quick, it’s a good option.

Slices are priced well. The thin crust is greasy and thick crust is really thick. Great hours and location easy to find.

Veggie & pepperoni Fresh and delicious… Not exactly authentic Italian, but close. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms… Not to mention that they are open until 2 am — The Food paparazzi

Not a fan. The salad was good and so was the sweet tea… But the pizza was soggy and greasy. Really bummed because I had read good things about it. Also, wish they had some sort of shades on the windows — the sun made it very uncomfortable around dinner time. I was going to the bbq place next door originally, but saw that this place was packed so I changed my mind.

Fellinis is my second favorite pizza place in Atlanta, behind only Antico. It’s pretty cheap and the slices are huge! They also pile toppings on which I love. There is an outdoor patio which is pretty nice during the fall. The parking lot is tiny, but as many times as I’ve been it’s never really been an issue.

What a terrible pizza experience. I ordered sausage and pepperoni and my friend ordered mushroom and onion. Why are his mushrooms all over my slice? I despise mushrooms. Why would you bring me a pizza with mushrooms all on the side of my pizza if I didn’t order them? My pizza was also lukewarm and old. They literally just dump your toppings on and old cheese pizza and barely heat it up. My friends onions and mushrooms looked like they were completely raw, and he sent it back. The slices are cheap, but come on. At least heat the pizza thoroughly. No one wants raw toppings on a pizza. Disappointed.

The pizza was okay, way overpriced, but a decent size and with a good amount of toppings. It did cost us almost $ 20 for 3 slices and 2 drinks, but whatever, at least the pizza was okay. They don’t have hot sauce, the guy who brought our food joking told me sometimes they steal a bottle or two from next door which is made funnier by the fact that there are literally 100 flyers warning you to lock your car because it will be broken into. It always nice to have to scarf down my pizza so I can be sure that my car will still be there afterwards. Thankfully it was fine, and the only thing stolen from me was second $ 10 bill I used to pay for my moderate pizza.

Mediocre pizza, and pretty expensive per slice. Also, what pizza place doesn’t have hot sauce for their customers? I am a pizza connoisseur, and I wouldn’t give this place a second chance the next time I visit Atlanta. Side note: is the car burglary problem really so bad that they need 57 signs warning you not to leave valuables in your car? The abundant warnings certainly made me eat a little faster and leave a lot sooner so as not to have a burglary run-in in the city.

Pizza was ok. Can’t say this is a place I will be coming to for a pizza fix. My main reason for not liking this place is that I like my pizza to be a little crunchy. Not hard like a bagel bite of course. Though I would have preferred bagel bites after what I got. Got the Fellini’s special and it was very soft. The dough from the tip of the pizza all the way to the crust was soft almost soggy from oil and cheese. Not ideal. They did pack the toppings on there but I felt like it was more of a cheese salad than a pizza. I would prefer a pizza from Papa Johns or Maddios than here. But it is open late which is nice for a late night bite.

This is my 3rd time getting Fellini’s(2nd from this location). I ordered take out and received the pizza right after it came out of the oven. I don’t live far away so the pizza wasn’t sitting long. I’m very disappointed with my pizza today. I got half pepperoni half vegetarian. The pizza was so soggy. I couldn’t even lift up a piece without everything entirely sliding off. That’s just unacceptable for pizza. In addition, the pizza was so greasy. Overall, very disappointed, especially as a repeat customer.

Customer service wasn’t great, but the food made it better. We got a large white pizza and it came out very fresh! They offer a large amount of varieties of pizza and beer.

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review for this place. I can’t count the number of times I’ve been here. Well, pizza is my fav food and I love coming here for a slice of pizza. I usually get pepperoni or Spinach as a topping depending on my mood. Both are great. I order Balsamic Vinaigrette to dip my crust in… it’s really good. I guess I should try the calzones next time – something new. The only reason this location doesn’t get 5 stars from me is because I’ve been to the Roswell Rd location a few times. That one has better service. I am Not saying this one has bad service… the service is fine. If you are ordering wine or beer and know you plan to have more than one. You can pay for an IOU(additional drink) with your order. That way when youre ready you can give the IOU ticket to any worker and they’ll bring your drink instead of waiting in line again. Just let the cashier know. The line can get really long here but it moves at a decent pace. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is free. There’s a lot in the back. If for some reason it’s full you can park on the street but I’ve never had an issue getting a space in the lot.

Generous portions and open late, what else do you need? Oh wait, I forgot to mention that the pizza is tasty with lots of fresh ingredients. I mean, it was loaded with toppings so much that slices are hard to pick up, this is just how I like it. I got their large and I am still eating it(it is now the third day and I am half way done with it). So, you will get a bang for your buck here. The vibe outdoors seemed very nice also, the patio, the fountain… it looks good. I wouldn’t compare this to Antico’s or anything flavor wise, but for the money and convenience of being open until 2am on a random Thursday night, does not get much better than Fellini’s.

Must love Fellinis. This particular location has a fabulous porch and of course the pizza is standard awesome. Super casual vibes… prob one of my fav patios in Buckhead to hangout(also cheap beer). Their ingredients are always fresh, I get the house salad w/balsamic, a slice o veggie zaa and a food coma. True love.

(longer version of this review also posted to my food blog, with photos!) There are two Fellini’s Pizza locations in Buckhead(I’ve actually visited the one on Roswell Rd the most often of the two), this one is located on 2809 Peachtree Rd NE, just South of the Whole Foods shopping center just south of East Paces Ferry Rd. I’ve staggered into this location quite a few times, especially back when the Garden Hills Cinema was still open. This Fellini’s Pizza has tall neon letters and a big fountain on the deck where you can enjoy the various strollers on Peachtree’s sidewalks. As with all the Fellini’s, the menu is hand-painted(believe the originals were all done by J.J. of L. A RIP) — and I’ve always favored the slices over the whole pies(I think it’s because the reheat crisps up the crust and dries out a bit of the grease). Pitchers are cheap so we had a couple. We were also joined by two more participants expanding our number from 7 to 9. We had some of the other people there cracking up with our antics. Slices included: Meatball and Spinach — this looked to be quite the delicious combo — probably the next one I try. Thick Crust Hawaiian — haven’t tried this here but it looked great. Kevin indicated that it was quite good. Pepperoni and Mushroom — this is my old standby(yeah, I know, boring as hell but it’s just what appealed to me that day). This was pretty greasy with oil running down the back of my hand. Pepperoni — sometimes the simplest pizzas are the best. Sausage, Meatball and Pepperoni — another combo that appeals to me as a dedicated carnivore! The beers went down smooth and easy — Terrapin Hopsecutioner IPA! In general the pizza is/was good — I think these days there are much better pies out there but if nothing else Fellini’s Pizza has been consistent for the close to 30 years I’ve lived in Atlanta.
