Fastframe

Phoned about a framing project wanting an idea of the price range on a 8ft long print. Understandably not expecting a precise quote. Wanted an education about the type of frames and the dollar range I could expect. Deb sounded offended at my inquiry and was quite rude and snappish when she retorted that they were a reputable frame store and will only talk in the store. Okay. But this busy mom of three will go somewhere else where the salespeople are nice and willing to talk on the phone too.

I went into Fast Frames for what I thought would be a traditional frame with matte; however, the size of my panoramic photo (72“x15″) made the request somewhat complicated.
Deb, was very patient in showing me several different options. I was almost at the point of giving up when she showed me an acrylic frame she designed & had custom made. My condo is anything but traditional and the clean lines of the acrylic caught my attention immediately and it wasn’t long before I was sold on the idea. It is the perfect setting to display my photographic skills with the panoramic feature on the iPhone 6. ;)
I would highly recommend using Fast Frame on Sydney Marcus for any type of frame because the options are almost endless and Deb will help you find the best solution.
The entire team at this location is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my framing needs.

I stumbled upon this store because I had a huge, unique piece to frame and michaels had recommended them.
I was on a mission to frame my HUGE wedding dress! Not only was the owner extremely helpful with making sure I got exactly what I was looking for and for my vision to come true, but she priced it incredibly fair!
They were ahead of schedule and I couldn’t believe the amazing job they did. they picked out every feather (from the wedding night that somehow got imbedded in my tulle) out of my dress so that it looked flawless in the frame.
I couldn’t give them a better recommendation! What a task!!!

I have only the most positive things to say about this place. Deb was unbelievably helpful, and unbelievably kind. The work is beautiful, and everyone here goes above and beyond. The team did everything they could to make sure they took care of my very last minute order before Christmas, and it turned out wonderfully. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I just picked up several prints from Fast Frame at Piedmont and Sidney Marcus this week. I have used this Frame shop several times over the past year or two. My work has always been finished within the timeframe promised. My fees have always been very reasonable and below competitors (I have compared). I have sent all my friends to Deb since I found her shop and they too have always been extremely satisfied.
This is not just a strip shopping center drive by frame it up shop. It is very custom and Deb Riley is very creative and has incredible ideas for all types of projects, especially the beautiful shadow boxes that she has done for me with my family heirlooms. She has also framed several business diplomas for my friends in frames that only she would have suggested that are beautiful and unique!
I just read the review someone wrote on the 11^th and I am very surpised by it.
I am sorry she had a bad experience …
there surely must have been some extenuating circumstances.
Just wanted to give credit to a wonderful shop with even a more wonderful owner!

I would NEVER go back here for framing again. I so glad to find this place after taking a needlepoint to The Great Frame Up in Vinings. They did great work, but this place was closer and I hoped would be more affordable. I took a canvas in the week before Christmas. She charged me more, but seemed competent and told me she could not have it ready until after Christmas. No problem. She calls me Jan. 4^th to tell me her production manager is back from vacation and they will finally start to work on it. She calls me Jan. 11^th to tell me the truth — they thought they had a blocking board, but they did not and cannot find one — so I need to pick it back up for a refund. She lied to me on the 4^th — but claimed they were still trying to find a blocking board. I am going back to The Great Frame Up in Vinings — further, but less expensive for an excellent job!

Deb Riley has owned this Fast Frame for eight years and it is such a neat little shop. The frame work done here is beautiful (and it doesn’t hurt that she has the most precious dogs she brings to work with her!).
Prices are reasonable for big or small projects and there are design ideas to be found as you look at the walls and everything in the shop.
After visiting her today, I know where I’m bringing my pieces I’ve had in the need-​to-​be-​framed category for awhile. Very soon!
