Fabricare Cleaners

This is one of the few cleaners that actually finds the stains and removes them. They do a pretty good job most of the time but they frequently break buttons and don’t replace them. The flip side is that they will fix them for free when I point them out.

Gross and dirty place.
Destroyed several very expensive things of mine, including a wool Ralph Lauren black label dress, and an Hermes silk scarf. I did go back with my scarf and asked them why they didn’t just leave it if they couldn’t clean it. Because what they did was worse than the spot before! The spot was bigger and was now chemically embedded in the fabric, so there is no cleaning it, ever!
I shouldn’t have gone back there, but old habits die hard. After 6 months, i brought some simple shirts and pants to be cleaned. Went to pick them up after a week. The guy at the counter threw a huge plastic bag on the counter with all my clothes in it, incredibly wrinkled and damp! and said «My boss say you complain too much, we no clean your clothes no more!» Not only did they refuse to serve me, after they held on to my clothes for over a week without calling me, but they had the rudest possible attitude!
I am not quite sure what to make of this. It does sound so surreal when I read it,. it’s sort of like that Seinfeld episode when the dry cleaning guy was wearing the clothes he was supposed to clean.
However ridiculous, people should know about this place and its unethical and anti-​customer service practices.
It’s abominable that such businesses exist!
