Pretty dirty

There are three #extendedstays in 1 to 2 minutes apart from each other in ATL. This one is the absolute worst location to stay in. Even the other two chains will tell you. 1^st the guest looked suspicious. I get my room key to see on the 3^rd floor halls extremely stained and dirty nasty carpet! The front desk & lobby are the only thing remodeled. Back to the 3^rd floor there was marijuana smoke coming from multiple rooms. No dishes at all in the kitchen. Before I could put my bag down. There were ants! Back downstairs I go to get another room! Sign 2… 3… to not stay there. Room two the couch was filthy, so were the chairs in the kitchen, no toilet paper in the room at all. strings of hair were on the towels that felt like burlap! You had to slam the entry door or it would be jammed, but still open. Normally I’m okay with an ATL man saying «what up shawty» BUT hell to the absolute knaw, the guy next door with his laundry bag scared the hell out of me! I immediately said hey & took off to the elevator. So refund it was. The front desk guy was helpful and admitted they are last on the list for remodel. It felt like I was about to be in the 1^st 48 upstairs. No breakfast just muffins coffee juice. This place should be set on fire immediately! I left to stay & paid more for a 4 5 star hotel. I wouldn’t suggest this place to no one who cares about themselves or family. Crazy part is when I drove in the adjacent parking lot to eat at pappaduex my server said that’s the worst, rundown extended stay in ATL bc low life people actually live there that can’t afford apartments. One server said I would be better off sleeping in my rental car then there. Look at my photos as a warning!

What a nasty, filthy, dump this place is, and to top it off the staff is rude, stupid, and smell horrible. When I told her she should shower before coming to work, she tried to kick me out, which would have been a blessing if I could have got my money back.
Room smelt of heavy ciggarete smoke, the whole place is non-​smoking, the air conditioner didn’t work.
Save your aggrivation and stay away from this place, it’s not worth it.

Extremely dirty! It seemed like all that house keeping did was make the bed and put new towels in the bathroom. The floors were sticky and covered in hair from previous guests, I did not want to walk barefoot AT ALL. The location and price were the only good thing. Thankfully I only needed a room for one night. I would never stay here again. Needs a good remodel and the house keeping to clean the rooms better.

When the front desk staff allows a homeless man to sleep on the floor of the lobby night after night, it is downright unsafe.
Newly renovated, but as they say you can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig.
I will say the front desk people are nice, but the fact that they are allowing a homeless man to sleep in the lobby and loiter during the day puts the guests in jeopardy.
Our work put about 50 of us in two Extended Stays (another one up the road on Powers Ferry) both are frequented by hookers and homeless.
Do not stay here if safety is a concern for you.

There are good hotels and there are great hotels. This hotels makes others ashame to be called such. I was told to not leave anything in the hotel room because stuff was disappearing from guest’s rooms. The room had an awful smell that when I told the front desk they responded that all the rooms smelled that way. The floor was so sticky that you could hear it. There were no trash cans in the entire room. It was not worth the 10 dollar saving. Spend the extra money and enjoy your stay somewhere else.

Exactly what the other review said. My sheets weren’t changed; proved with a pair if dirty socks in the bed. There are kids running all over the place making noise like a herd of stampeding elephants.

Disgusting, Old, Outdated. Housekeeping is really lax just made the bed asked if we needed vacuuming, etc instead of just doing her job. Toilet broke had to flush by lifting the handle, overall hotel hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned the entire week state. Wouldn’t recommend you stay here. Staff is nice.
