Exclusive 30A

We rented a condo in Panama City Beach through Exclusive 30A and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The condo exceeded our expectations. The décor was beautiful and made it feel more like a luxury hotel than simply a vacation rental. Everything was clean, neat, and well taken care-​of. Views from the penthouse floor were stunningly expansive as well. The condo included one free umbrella and pair of chairs on the beach, which was nice as they were rather expensive to rent daily at $ 65. The building was well situated within walking distance to souvenir shops and a few restaurants — and well within close driving distance to all main tourist, shopping, and other attractions. Moreover, the building is situated directly on the beach, which (other than the slow, crowded elevators) makes for quick and easy access to the waterfront. Lastly, the management staff was helpful and friendly throughout; and the check-​in and out was quick and simple as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this vacation rental to others as well as stay there on future trips to PCB.

NEVER! NEVER! NEVER! rent through these people. If I could give them zero stars I would. The owner is the rudest person I have ever talked to and after trying to have a conversation about our situation she hung up on my wife. You can’t trust them with your family vacation. We had a contract/​confirmation and then they tried to get us to pay DOUBLE what was quoted and they could have cared less that we had made all of our arrangements already. Their voicemail is always full and they are very unpleasant to communicate with. They simply do not know how to run a business. If you are a property owner looking for a rental agency, THIS IS NOT THE ONE TO USE!

Seacrest Beach: We stayed in a 1BR (Mia Mikir) condo in Seacrest beach from 4÷23÷14−4÷27÷14. The condo was well appointed, however the responsiveness and service from Exclusive 30 Rental company owned and operated by Jacque Hamilton was dismal.
We arrived at the condo and realized that our paper work did not include the name of the property nor the unit number. We called the emergency numbers reflected on our paperwork which included the owner (Jacque Hamilton) of Exclusive 30a and we never received a call back. We ended up going door to door intruding on other units as we tried to find our unit. We finally got into our unit two hours after our arrival. Our rental also included bikes and beach chair set up. The next morning by 11am we had neither. I called and texted the owner. She never returned my call. Later that day she had an assistant to call and promise the bikes and chairs. The saga continued when the bikes arrived they were locked, yet no one emailed or texted us the combination. Once again we call Exclusive 30a and finally we obtained the combination. The beach chairs were not in good shape. quite worn. I requested that the owner (Jacque Hamilton) return my call and was promised that she would as we were very dissatisfied with the service. That was over a week ago and to date we have not received a call from the owner.
I strongly suggest you do not rent any property through Exclusive 30a.
