Great food. Great atmosphere! Favorite happy hour spot. The happy hour specials are amazing. Live band on Fridays and Saturdays.

Nice atmosphere, great food. Was my first time ordering tapas but I loved the concept. Will return to experience the music and salsa lessons.

Used to enjoy coming here, but I had a horrible experience here lastnight(Saturday December 12th, 2015). Maybe it was just an off day. Arrived at 9:32pm Saturday night, the hostess said it would be a 45 minute to an hour wait and to give my cellphone number to her so that she can text me when the table was ready. Sat outside on the bench just staring at Café Intermezzo wondering if we(myself and my date/just a party of 2) should just go there instead, but I hesitated. Instead we kept ourselves busy, we were in a deep conversation about Xmas. Finally after almost an hour waiting in the cold I finally get a text from the hostess that our table for two was ready at 10:26pm. It was extremely crowded. We were seated in the most awkward place facing the hostess. Everytime someone walked by, they had to squeeze between our table and the next to get by, in which EVERYSINGLETIME they would bump and/or kick our chairs. Our waiter was Brandon. He was hardly around on this busy night, we mostly saw servers walking in and out of the kitchen passing out food to tables. Food: ordered three of the Costillas Espanolas(ribs in a vinegar sauce) $ 6.50 each, Patatas Bravas(potatoes w/side of creamy dipping sauce) $ 5.25, Brocheta de Chorizo y Datiles(it was«SUPPOSEDTOBECHORIZO» but instead tonight they made a shish-kabob type of thing with a cheese stuffed date, bratwurst sausage, and a piece of bacon) $ 5.95, Huevo con Pato Asado(duck with a cracked egg on top) $ 6.95, and to drink two mojitos($ 8.00 each). The Costillas Espanolas(ribs) tasted different. They did not taste like how they used to taste. The ribs had more fat and cartilage than meat as if they downgraded the meat quality. The vinegar for the ribs tasted different like not enough flavor and tartness. The ribs had more grease than the vinegar. Potatoes were hot and tasted fine as usual. I was very disappointed in the Brocheta de Chorizo y Datiles. It’s supposed to have chorizo but they used bratwurst instead really? I get this dish all the time so I know how it’s supposed to taste and what should be on it. The duck was soaking in nothing but grease and had a sunnyside up egg cracked on top. It was ok. The mojitos were ok, could have used more lime like another half of a lime for that tartness. Do they have new cooks? The bill came out to $ 57.89(including taxes). We ate and quickly left. I did not enjoy my seat being kicked and bumped into every minute by customers walking by. After last night, would I come here again? Maybe. Maybe it was an off day for them and maybe they just had different cooks lastnight? I would definitely call and try to make a reservation ahead of time if I decided to come here again. Would I recommend this place? Sure why not, give them a try. Just call way ahead of time and make a reservation. I’ll give them a month and return next year(January 2016) probably on a weekday instead. Happy eating everyone!

The second Saturday of the month they have Brazilian night and it’s very fun. The music is good and the environment is great. It’s a restaurant that you stand up and dance by the stage. They have cold beer and good drinks, I’m a big fan of ceviche but last time I ordered one that was too spicy. The fried yucca is also a great option in their menu.

Thought this place was great. I must admit I ate very little but what I tasted was delicious. I had the calamari, great taste, fluffy. The peach sangria was tastey and we ordered 3 pitchers, or was it 4? The bummer was the pitchers came with lots of ice, and they didn’t refill our glasses with the fruit. That should change. There was Latin music band last night, and they played 3 or 4 sets. Great space for dancing ! Had I known they had a band every Friday night, I would have gone sooner! Now, I do have 2 critiques. One, we starts our night close to the door, then the music started, and when we started dancing we saw lots of open tables close to the band. We asked to move tables and a waiter become a bit combative. I remained calm and said, we just want to be close to the music, how can we make this right and make everyone happy? He said I had to talk to a manager. No problem. Manager came over and helped us right out, we just had to close our tab there. Now I was having so much fun that I wouldn’t let anything bother us, but I believe the same waiter served us at new table. He messed up an order. He slammed the pitcher of sangria down on the table. Never offered to pour for anyone. No table side manner. No problem … Last night, nothing was going to stop me from having a good time…

I love this place! The fried yucca is amazing and the spicy fried potatoes are awesome! Overall, a great place! However, I think that, knowing that on a Saturday night there will be a lot of people coming in, they should either build a bigger space or get some more tables in. Also, a «reservation» means that we call ahead so that when we get there we don’t have to wait to be seated. Even though we made a reservation, we still had to wait around 25min to be seated. I think you guys should manage that a little better. I already saw you lose a lot of customers last night(October 10, 2015). Other than that, y’all are doing great. Will definitely come back!

Let’s start with the amazing manager on duty on Tuesday evenings, Jonah! There was a drunken customer harassing our table and Jonah handled it so well! He made the drunk girl feel as though he was addressing her needs while still accommodating my friend and I! Big thank you to Jonah! This place has great happy hour specials from 4 – 6 across the street from the mall and is pretty much the only restaurant in the area that isn’t a chain! Food is excellent, tapas style!

Omg… The best place in the world for tapas. Great prices, excellent variety, fast service, and great client experience. When my boyfriend and I first got to the place we knew something was special about it. It was super pack and lively. We had 25 min wait however there is a nice courtyard and other shops to visit to keep you occupied. Moving forward, we got seated right next to the live band which happen to sound nice. The band was a nice touch to the atmosphere. Then we ordered our food, it took less than 10mins for them to bring out our order. The food was fresh and tasteful. Let’s not forget they affordable prices. They offer dishes from $ 3 – 20 bucks(wow). I’m glad I found this place and I will return.
