EAV Smoke and Vape

After being to a few of the shops on this side of town, EAV Smoke has become the only one I use. Every time I come in, the staff is friendly and helpful. They’ve got a great selection of premium juices, and the prices are competitive with any other brick and mortar vape store around.

I don’t know what this other guy is talking about, but I bought a pretty expensive vape pen or E-​cig, or whatever you want to call them. It was the second one I had purchased (one from the other shop right up the street, that was 50% more expensive and that shop posts that they don’t accept returns) and when I got home, it would not charge or turn on, so I ran right back out and explained it to dude, even bringing in my banged up original one so he didn’t think I was scamming him and he apologized profusely and immediately handed me a new one after showing me that it did indeed work. He actually laughed when I brought him my old one as proof that I didn’t put that one in the new box, but appreciated that I was just trying to be honest. I have been there MULTIPLE times before and since, and whether it’s a small ten dollar purchase or almost two hundred, they are equally as helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I went in today, in fact, and bought a pack of five coils… I go at least once a week for coils or liquid. They are great guys and I will never go anywhere else for my tobacco and vapor needs. Do not buy your stuff here! No returns for defective goods… Pretty much their policy is «Sorry for your bad luck»
Vape shops are a dime a dozen so one would think that customer service would be an important part of the business model… maybe not here.
Bought a top of the line tank, the best they had. Used it for 3 weeks and it started to just crap out, leaked, would no longer allow me to fill correctly and the ring that regulates air flow became loose. Not a big deal I think, 3 weeks old, I have the box and the receipt and I just want a new one… what could go wrong?
Explain it to the kid at the counter; nice stoner guy, and he first says yeah it is bad… then he says since I have had it so long there was noting he could do; I whip out my 3 week old receipt then he tells me no returns, no exchanges.
I have spent close to $ 400 here between vaporizers and accessories. Their prices are OK at best but I was willing to pay a bit more to support a neighborhood business.

Awesome place! I went with my roommates to get a vaporizer to help them stop smoking. They had an amazing variety, they were so helpful, and they were very knowledgable about everything in the store. I would definitely recommend going here over other smoke shops, they make you feel welcomed and I will be going back.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Great variety of products, plus some very nice blown glass pieces. Vape flavors line the wall — huge selection. Nice assortment of smoke supplies and accessories.

Great atmosphere and friendly knowledgable staff. Great place to grab all of your tobacco, glass, and hookah supplies. Everything you need for E Cigs, also.
