Dunwoody Prep

As we were relocating to Atlanta this past August, we had the extra stress of finding our son’s first preschool on top of all the work that comes with making a cross-​country move. We have been extremely pleased with Dunwoody Prep. The entire staff is wonderful; the atmosphere is very much like a family. The director, Jane Newman, and our son’s teachers (Miss Rebecca, Miss Colleen, and Miss Megan) were all phenomenal. Our son as not only taken care of, but he was learning valuable information that surpassed what other preschools in the area were teaching. The security at the school is top-​notch with brick fences, over 40 cameras inside and out, identity checks if the teachers aren’t used to you picking up a child, and codes on the main entrance as well as playground doors. There are several extracurricular activities that are available for your child if you’d like to enroll them in addition to several fun school activities and festivals. They also have a gym for days when it is too hot for outside play or when the weather is not favorable. The playground is large with lots of equipment and toys; there are always several adults watching the play. I would highly recommend Dunwoody Prep. I truly wish their curriculum extended past pre-​k! It is a fantastic school, worth every penny, and I am so thankful they have become a part of my son’s education. I can’t say enough wonderful things!
