Bruster’s is my favorite chain ice cream, and this is my favorite location due to their superior flavor selection. The waffle cone is huge, and I believe you can get two flavors for no charge with the regular waffle cone. My son also really loves the«dirt sundae», where you get ice cream covered in crushed oreo bits, with a gummy worm inside to make it really like dirt. He LOVES it! If they ever have Graham Central Station on the menu, you must try it! With the creamy ice cream and gritty graham cracker it is like a symphony on your tongue! I have never introduced anyone to it who didn’t love it. Other great flavors: Turtle, Cookie Dough(it can be too much though!), and Buckeye. My two complaints, there are a lot of flavors I would never order(bubblegum, really?), and they always have the standard vanilla, chocolate and strawberry, which are fine but who would get that with so many other great options? Also the seasonal flavors like pumpkin or girl scout cookie also don’t appeal to me, but to each his own… This location stands out to me because their flavor selection is far superior. Secondly, their ice cream cakes are not very good. The cake doesn’t taste good to me, and I’d rather you just bring me a gallon for my birthday. Or two gallons if they have my flavors.

I have mixed feelings about this location. Phong T. and I wanted some icecream after dinner in Dunwoody, I had coupons to Brusters so we decided to find this place. It was hard to find because it’s not the usual stand alone building; this location is a part of a shopping center. There aren’t very many lights in this complex at night either. I don’t remember to big stores surrounding brusters, sorry. The scoopers were nice and helpful. They were busy but there were plenty of seating inside the store. The benches outside the store were taken, but there is no lighting out there. Imagine sitting in the dark, in an empty dark plaza. I didn’t feel very safe. even though Dunwoody is a safe family friendly community. On the inside, the tables were not very clean and the napkin boxes were empty. Probably due to how busy they were. Although I like that this place has indoor seating, I won’t frequent this location.

Plenty of ice cream options. No soft serve ice cream little saddening. Hot fudge wasn’t amazing. Nevertheless. Good for quick ice cream.

Utilitarian. Bruster’s is pretty basic. There’s nothing fancy about it. The floors and walls are red and white, but there’s little else draw you in or let you know you’re in an ice cream store. I don’t know if all the other locations in the chain have the same no-frills set up. The ice cream, with about 20 or so flavors, is kept in white coolers, with metal doors. There’s no ice cream sitting in cartons visible through glass windows. the available flavors are on an overhead board with all the names running together. It’s hard to find one when so many sound good. Although you can probably get samples, in most cases unless you’ve had it before, you’ll be taking a chance. The ice cream was cold. Perfect for a warm day. For me, the ice cream was pretty tasteless, overall. The redeeming part of the sea salt toffee caramel(or something like that), was the toffee itself. I was expecting the little specks and swirl or two of caramel, but this had large pieces of toffee that was both salty and sweet. The little kids in the shop obviously liked their ice cream, if the chocolate all over their cheeks, chin, and hands were any indication. The parents joked about putting the kid and the clothes in the washer when they got home. Bruster’s is okay. The kids seem to like it, and that’s never a bad thing.
