Kevin is by far the best. He’s a bartender who doesn’t mind taking time to educate you on their delicious food and the excellent drinks he masters at the bar. The whole bartending staff was on point, and I will take the 7 hour trip again, real soon, for that kind of professional attention. We will always eat at the bar… Loved it!!!

Just let me tell you how good the 8 oz Filet Mignon with the Dantanna’s rub and Mushroom is with asparagus and potato salad, the filet was cook just prefect the way I love it with tons of flavor bursting into my mouth every bite was as just good as the last. Now the asparagus was also made so out of this world with the texture and crisp on the outside with very juicy inside flavor that had my taste buds craving for more. To top it all off our waitress took our orders and served us with the most beautiful«key lime pie smile» I have ever seen. She was a great hostess with the mostess and we was again surprised to find out that her twin sister was also working here. Great Place.

Some friends and I came here on a Friday night. So of course the place was packed. However it was only a 15 min wait for our table. Initially I was given the wrong meal, think it belonged to some folks a few tables over. Forgot the name of the meal I had but it’s basically grilled chicken with 2 side item choices, I picked broccoli and the bacon Mac n cheese which was good. I also had the crab dip as an appetizer which was really good as well. My friend had an issue with never getting her appetizer, which was just a salad. Not sure if that was a waiter or kitchen issue. She ended up cancelling the salad. Another friend had the chicken and sausage gumbo. We’re from New Orleans and that was NOTHING like gumbo, fried jalapeños is not an ingredient. However, it was a great tasting soup. I’d go back again.

Land of the free, home of the football. Man I love Dantannas. It is old school but that also makes it a classic. There are few other places in BUCKHEAD where I can go for a diverse crowd and some good wings when it is playoff time. Also for lunch during the week I love to venture here for a good burger! I’ve always found the service to be quick and efficient, even on a crazy Gameday! The staff has a lot of patience and is very attentive. The bar area hasn’t gotten too terribly crowded, and the big screen is MTV cribs worthy! Usually I come with a group but once among the crowd we make friends and friendly enemies. I like how comfortable the atmosphere is. There is some great people watching too. Quick tips: Try a mule Eat the sirracha wings Burgers are clutch They have a Cigar Bar Egg rolls are yummy too

Great place with excitement. The food was very good and reasonably priced and the menu variety was perfect. I has the 8 oz steak w/sautéed spinach & baked potato. The steak was perfect and tender(ordered it medium rare). The Salmon was great, also. The baked potato was hard and cold. Our server disappeared for 20 min at a time. The young lady that was working the table next to her was visible all the time. We had to call on her for assistance at times. TV’s around the restaurant & plenty at the bar. The Bar Is pretty big. Lots of seats. Will recommend for dates, business, family, etc. Very nice spot. I have a review for the location in Roswell, also. Had a great time & enjoyed the experience here.

I went to Dantanna’s with two friends on New Years Day. We were sat right away but the service was incredibly S L O W. My friends ordered champagne and I decided to build my own Bloody Mary. I had entirely too much fun mixing and matching all of the ingredients and can’t wait to go back and build another. As far as the food, my friend ordered off the the brunch menu, and my other friend and I both ordered Salmon BLT’s. The server told us it came with two sides each(which we later got charged for) I ordered the macaroni and cheese and the French fries. The food was very good, although I feel like I should have went with another entrée. The server NEVER offered us another round of drinks, but was quick to put a check on the table. After she saw we didn’t put a card down, she came back. We explained to her about the sides, and she took one off each and dropped another check. After about ten minutes(because we were eating this whole time) she dropped another check with both sides removed. After that check remained untouched(because we were STILL eating) she dropped three separate checks and boxes for our food. As we felt we were being rushed out, we payed, and had another drink else where. Besides the terribly rude service, everything about this place is awesome.

She crab soup was amazing! Tons of crab, very creamy, great flavor! Ordered ½ dozen oysters«Sweet Jesus(VA)» that were fantastic. Completely severed from the shell, I can’t stand when a restaurant doesn’t do that. Had the salmon BLFGT sandwich(bacon, lettuce, fried green tomato), OMG soo good! Sat outside with the heaters on a mildly chilly afternoon, great experience!

Went there a few months back. They serve Stoney Creek beef. For those who don’t know, it is something more for Jews and Muslims as it is Halal/Kosher meat :). Steak was great! I have been there a couple times and intend to go back soon again.

Our company Christmas party was held here and I had one of the most memorable dinners ever! Everything was great! From the service to the quality of the food, I have no complaints. I’ve been here probably 5 times before over a span of 3 years and have never had a bad experience! Everytime I come here, I order the crab cake. The only thing that changes, are the sides I pick. This time my entrée was paired with bacon braised kale and bacon mac and cheese. The last time I ever went to Dantanna’s was about two years ago and the crab cake still tastes the same! I had a Manhattan Bourbon with my dinner and it was delicious! Perfect amount of vermouth and bourbon. Shirley the manager also stopped by our table to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and gave us a little PK on all the desserts! My fiancé got the krispy cream bread pudding and I got the crème brûlée. Both very delicious! But what I really could not get over was the chocolate bourbon pie. It was cut and made into a shape that I’ve never seen before and it was huge! I got a piece of my cowokers pie and OMG it was sooooo good! the chocolate just melts in your mouth! I will be back for that mark my words!

I had their famous Creekstone burger. Actually I’m not sure if it’s famous, but a lot of my friends were eating there so I wanted to be a part of the cool club. It was a simple burger and tasted good. I’ve outgrown ketchup, but I needed just a smidge. I don’t think it comes with fries, which isn’t totally bad as I love potatoes and can’t stop myself when I have fries in front of me. But it would have been nice if it came with a side of something of your choice automatically. Service was nice.

Well, don’t believe the hype. There are much better steaks in the area. They might actually even know how to properly cook them. Both people at my table had to send theirs back as it was clearly well on a medium-rare. However, it was nice of them to sit us by the cigar room on a night with 90% of seating available. That way we could smell the tobacco and not want to eat, but gag the whole time. WTF is that about? The server was really great other than his promise that this particular Dantanna’s had the best steaks in town. He must have thought Steak and Shake was the only other steak in town. Seems like the spot to go if your frat bros have all gotten married and you need to find some like minded meat heads at the bar. Plenty of that going on here. Just not great food. The ice in my mixed drink was cold. I’ll give them that. Don’t waste your money here unless it is money not earned because it will defintely be money wasted.

Ordered: Dantanna’s Crab Cake that comes with a choice of two sides(I chose sauteed mushrooms & asparagus). — $ 18 My friend ordered the Smoked Salmon & Tuna Duo — $ 15 with the recommended glass of the King Estate Pinot Gris I tried a taste of my friend’s order and it was good. My one problem, they include raw onions(which was not stated on the menu). If you have issues with raw onions, mention it to the server to make sure it isn’t included. The Dantanna’s Crab Cake was yummy, I have to say that I have had better. However, I cannot complain because it was still delicious. I would recommend the restaurant to pick a different type of mushroom(besides the one the currently have, Agaricus bisporus = Button Mushrooms). Yet, this place is categorized as more of a sports bar so I again, maybe Button Mushrooms are good enough for the general population: D Maybe I should’ve ordered more sports bar food, example: wings??? Customer Service: Our server was Ashley and she was super sweet and professional. Thank you for the wonderful service! I look forward to trying more dishes next time :)

I was shopping and saw the sign for this restaurant so I decided to try it. So glad I did!!! The bartender is friendly and makes a great Mule, served in a copper cup of course. I had the soup and salad special for 10 $ paying the extra 3 $ for the crab salad. The soup was good, but the salad was AMAZING! Would come again.

Dantanna’s was an amazing experience! If you are in are anywhere near the city of Atlanta, you HAVE to try it out! I am from Atlanta and this is the first time I have been here. The server was very informative and knew a lot about the menu. The customer service was excellent! I had the 8 oz Filet Mignon with the Dantanna’s rub and Mushroom Demi Glaze sauce on top! ITWASTODIEFOR! So juicy and savory! I also had the garlic mashed potatoes and a side salad which greatly complimented the steak! The only flaw to the dinner was the popular bacon Mac n cheese that lacked some seasoning in my personal opinion. My friends had the Ribeye, Beer battered shrimp, the Rosemary Chicken, and the Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding and they all loved it! With all this said, I will definitely be back to Dantanna’s real soon!

Not a bad place for an afternoon drop in before or after hitting Lennox Sq mall. It’s in the same parking lot as the mall. We got Bloody Mary’s which were adequate, but nothing spectacular. Then we had the Sesame Lime Skewers and PEI Mussels. Again, adequate but nothing spectacular. The service was friendly albeit a little long on the checkins. Maybe that’s just me liking to have a drink order in when my current drink is getting near empty. For the proximity to the Mall it’s a good place to chill and get away from the mall crowd but not have to drive anywhere.

Came here on a random Tuesday night for dinner. I was greeted and offered a table but opted for the bar. The waiters Jamie and Erik were very attentive and friendly. I ordered a glass of wine and the calamari which was sub par I’ve had better but the presentation was nice. For my entrée I had the blackened salmon Cesar salad which was good but overpriced(9 $ for the Cesar and 8 $ to add salmon) and my friend ordered the wings which were good and a large portion for $ 10.00. The only real issue I had was that they have me the wrong check and after signing and half way to my car he young lady told me that she has given me the wrong check. I would return for sure and try something different. Overall the atmosphere was freeing up eat and chill.

Well, overall the experience was good. The steak was tasty the beer was good and the service was pretty great. With all that in mind, my steak was ordered med rare and could have been a little less medium with a little more rare. I ordered the ribeye with mashed sweet potatoes and a salad that came out before with champagne lime vin and it was very good. I ordered the Kentucky Bourbon barrel Ale to start and an old fashioned later… I sent back the old fashioned because it just didn’t taste right. Honestly I am particular about how you make an old fashioned because so many people get it wrong. I ordered it conservative(no muddled fruit) and that’s how it came. The server was really nice about it and the manager as well. The replacement wasn’t much better so I just went with it. Overall I will most likely return to this place. All restaurants can have off nights but I enjoyed the service.

I can’t remember that last time I was so impressed by French fries. Dantanna’s does some insanely good fries!!! Actually, they do insanely good with a lot of things. I stopped by with my aunt and sister for lunch, and I ordered the crab cakes, which were fantastic. And those fries that came with it perfectly satisfied my craving for something a little greasy, with just the right amount of crisp. Place was empty, but service was fast. Great lunch spot with lots of shopping nearby!

We came here for a family dinner, and it was a nice atmosphere for that. We were looking for a place to get a classic American meal, either steak and a baked potato or salmon, and we were very satisfied. I ordered a sirloin, medium rare, which was cooked to perfection and tasted about as lean and melt-in-your-mouth as a filet(albeit with more flavor), which to me is a sign of excellent preparation. Both parents got the blackened salmon, and the restaurant was accommodating of one’s request for it to be lightly blackened and cooked well. Both parents were impressed, and I must admit the salmon was as good as other fish places I’ve eaten at. Returned two times since then, got the steak once more, and most recently tried the oysters, which weren’t quite as good at the steak compared to other places, but still a good meal. The place gets very busy on holidays, but on a regular weekend, you can get a table with no reservations if you go early enough.
