Checked it out since I’ve become intimately familiar with ATL in the past week due to Delta layovers, but I wanted to leave the comfort of the SkyClubs and see what the club at ATL had to offer. Check in was pretty easy and everyone seemed nice. There was tons of seating and empty space for a 10am weekday layover, but there wasn’t much going on in terms of food and drinks available. Some chips, trail mix, and pastries were here and there, but no hot food that I could see. The bar had it’s lights out so I didn’t want to be that guy that asked for someone to staff it just so I could bum a soda or a beer(Not sure if the alcohol is complementary either?). Bottomline: I snagged a bag of chips, bottle of water and then booked it to the delta lounge across the way.

Flight was delayed and then cancelled. The team here at the club is awesome! The facility is quiet, clean and well stocked!

Regarding the morning… Only reason to pay $ 35 to come in here during the morning is if you need a place to shower. I was pleasantly surprised by the showers. Towels and toiletries were provided. The décor was nice and the shower experience overall was better than I had anticipated. However at the end of the day it is still somewhat a public shower. I’m not sure that the club at ATL focuses a whole lot on thorough cleaning/deep sanitizing, and so I’d still remain cautious of the towels and shower floor. Tip though, anti-fog mirrors would be a nice added detail. Other than that, you’re not really going to drink at 7am in the morning, so what else are you in here for? If wifi wasn’t free throughout the airport then I would think there’s a little more worth to this club access, but wifi is free in all of ATL airport. Snack selection during breakfast is chips, Oreos, popcorn, a batch of random fruits that don’t look too appealing, etc. The yogurt is a good option, but how about cereal? Not asking for scrambled eggs; cereal is a simple add-on. An oatmeal bar might be pushing it, but there are instant oatmeal packets that can be offered. I think the snack selection during breakfast hours can be a little more vast and breakfast-like. Agree with some of the other reviews regarding mediocre service. It wasn’t bad and I’m not expecting anyone to cater to anyone, but you can tell that chick at the check-in desk was not meant to work in the service industry. She was just extremely uninterested all throughout.

Located in the international terminal, a good lounge to stop by for a layover of any duration(or to make your international flight a bit more tolerable). Better then any Delta lounge I’ve visited. Decent liquor selection and the bartenders are friendly and generous with their pours. There are two sitting areas(main room where bar is located and a more private/quiet room), showers, and business center. Typical snacks/drinks consisting of nuts/trail mix, fruit, chips, cookies, fountain drinks/tea/coffee. They bring out«real» food during mealtimes.

It’s probably common knowledge by now that the delta lounges are pretty shitty– sure they are pretty but unless you want bud light, table wine and unknown name liquor, you won’t get much. They also stopped allowing companions into the lounge with members. Enter the club at atl, that costs $ 35 a day or free with priority pass. Stellar service, full bar and real food. While delta only offers bar nuts and gross cookies, here we have sandwiches, soup, yogurt, and other snacks. The standard scotch is Johnny walker black. What takes the cake, though, is the stellar service. I lost my boarding pass and the computers were taken, so the manager brought out her personal laptop so I could print it out from her office printer. Win.

I give 1 star to the front desk workers. I travel for work every week and any time I have a 2+ hrs layover I go here. Am I greeted every time I go here? No not all the time. Do they have a friendly and welcoming attitude? NO. Don’t get me wrong not all the workers are like these, but the majority are. I see them watching YouTube videos, making personal calls, and handling personal businesses. If interrupted they’ll give you the look of annoyance as if your a nuisance having interrupted whatever they’re doing. I give the workers outside the front desk area working at the bar, servers, and bussers 5 stars. They are very attentive and on top of their game.

I was in Atlanta the other week and got stuck in the ATL Airport due to delays and etc. I then decided to take that opportunity and use my travel perks to ‘lounge hop’. I checked out a few airport lounges and the Club At ATL in concourse F was my second favorite. It was less crowded than the other lounges I visited and the food/drink selection was pretty good. Overall, it provided what I want out of a lounge — cleanliness, plenty of space, food, drinks, outlets, and free internet.

At two different occasions, we were not even greeted by the ladies at the reception and they were like«boarding passes?“Both times the ladies seemed arrogant and gave a curt reply if you asked them anything. Basically there expression just said don’t bother me. and I just did you a favor by letting you in. The other staff was very friendly though and on another occasion the lady at reception was also sweet but truth is I hated to be here at these times that I got bad service as it just ruined my day and made me feel insignificant as these people didn’t know the meaning of ’ service with a smile’. Other Unilocalers are all commenting on food but Idon’t come here for snacks(not my kind of food, I am vegetarian and just too picky) or wi-fi(I ‘ve unlimited on my phone). We come here to be in a nice ambience and to see some good service. I hope the management starts keeping a closer watch on them after all they are being paid for customer service. Also there was some work going on in the shower so they cut of all the water supply without warning while I was in the middle of brushing my daughter’s teeth in the adjacent restroom … horrible service by these two women… I don’t know their names but they both had a dark complexion.

Still one of my favorite club rooms in Atlanta airport. You can buy a day pass. Great food, liquor and snack options.

The Club blows away any Sky Klub in ATL. Period. Better food choices, less crowded, cleaner, better drink choices. Friendly staff, etc. Its in F terminal so a little hike but if you have a layover plant yourself here.

Particularly by U.S./E.U. standards, this is a NICE lounge: clean, lots of snack options, showers, sandwiches, soup, and friendly, unobtrusive staff that picks up after you and seems willing to help with most anything you might ask. I don’t think that any of the major airlines domestic lounges are as nice as this one. That said: it’s not equal to the lounges I’ve seen in Asia or the American Express lounges: the food selections are limited(no celebrity chef specials) and don’t really stand out. So, overall, a good – but not spectacular, place to spend a few hours between or before flights.

A very comfortable lounge and the fact they have free 2 drinks per person(I dont think they keep track haha), shower for those long fight with layovers, coffee, ice tea, sandwiches, massage chair lounge(Lima Peru location) and snacks. The only way to get in if you are a member it having your card pressent! If you forgot to bring your card it doesn’t matter if you show them proof of membership, they will charge you no meter what. Each lounge has their own pricing policy and rules about bringing guests. So make sure you read the lounge policies before you head in. The staff its always nice to you and very attentive. They are also very accommodating to your request and needs while in their premises. They offer all the toiletries if you opt for a shower, so no need to worry about them. They have business centers with computers, also quiet rooms(I dont think this lounge in particular had it). But overall great place to come and relax if you have a long layover or arrived at the airport wayyyy early for your flight. Even if you are not a member you can still purchase a daily pass and take advantage of its benefits.

On my trip to San Francisco earlier this week, I found myself with a somewhat long layover in Atlanta and decided to check out The Club at ATL in the International Terminal. The Club at ATL is not affiliated with a particular airline and touts themselves as a value-conscious, yet attractive and modern airport lounge. While they do have arrangements with a few international airlines such as Lufthansa, most visitors are purchasing day passes or have access through the Priority Pass program. I arrived on my redeye flight from the West coast around 6:30AM and headed directly over to the International Terminal where many of the lounges are located on the Mezzanine level. I checked in with the front desk and purchase a day pass for $ 35. For an airport lounge day pass, it’s a very competitive price. There are 2 seating areas with the larger main room and which includes the bar and a secondary seating lounge with a bit more privacy. In the main seating area, there is a coffee and tea bar along with the food buffet. It was the early morning so I found the food selection to be quite limited. There was only a few pastries and some whole fruit. If you are looking for the espresso, you will find it hidden in the secondary seating area. While it was too early to enjoy a cocktail, it was nice to know there’s plenty of options at the bar. I spent just under 3 hours in the lounge and there were only 2 other guests the whole time. It wasn’t exactly peak hours though. I had a very long day of travel ahead of me and since I has just gotten off the redeye, freshening up seemed like a great idea. The front desk staff must let you into the shower facilities as they are kept locked. By airport standards, they are quite clean. I enjoyed a warm shower and changed into fresh clothes. I had my own toiletries with me so I didn’t need to request any toiletries but they don’t stock many items in the bathrooms. There were however, plenty of towels to be had. Overall, I thought The Club at ATL was a nice lounge a great alternative to the traditional carrier lounges. I did find the service to be a bit dull and I had to head to the front desk for just about everything. I also would like to have seen a better food selection in the morning as there was not a lot of substance. I’ve heard they have better food later in the day. But in the end, for $ 35, it was a great way to pass the time and board my next Delta flight feeling very refreshed.

Shocking. This is not your standard USA airline lounge. A smidgen of real food, a touch of ambiance, but most of all… service. What a pleasant surprise. United Club/Admirals Club take note. This is how club service should be. (If you’re looking for Int’l lounge food/drink standards, you will be disappointed. But this may be the best lounge in America.)

When writing such reviews it’s hard not to do so in a comparative fashion. This lounge is smaller than the DL SkyClub across the hall. It’s seating areas are less private — there are only two semi-secluded areas and one is a computer work station area. The rest of the seating is all in a main room with the bar, which was not staffed until I was nearly ready to leave. Before this time there was no waitress service in the lounge. Pretty quiet lounge despite seating arrangement, though few window seats(they were all filled when I was there). Not that a window seat is a big deal here as the view is of a parking lot ramp. A bit noisy in the deepest section of the club as it overlooks the F TSA checkpoint so you can hear TSA through the floor barking orders. Standard domestic lounge food selection — chip and cracker like snacks and fruit. Not super friendly staff. Check-in was efficient, but nothing stellar. No asking if it was my first time in, etc… Good free WiFi and fast. Club access with AMEX Plat card WITH activated Priority Pass Select membership.

This place is my favorite spot in the atl airport :) I’ve got a membership, but $ 35 for a day pass is really very reasonable. There’s a full bar, chips, cookies, soup, small sandwiches, espresso drinks, etc. in terms of amenities, there’s Internet, showers, and lots of seating. Do you really need more? The staff are super friendly and helpful. The entire lounge is very sunny and well kept.

This is a super cool spot, especially if you have a long layover which I currently do…6 hours… yikes! Don’t worry, you don’t have to sacrifice your 1st child to get in. You can be a baller on a budget because the prices are reasonable. Irwin is my favorite bartender and all the staff are friendly. They have clean restrooms. They also have showers but I didn’t see them. You can do want you want to do but the next time I find myself in ATL with a layover you can find me in this lounge!

I spent eight hours here today, which I consider $ 35 well spent. I arrived exhausted from an overnight from Buenos Aires, and having started to develop the flu overnight. The helpful staff immediately got me into a hot shower, while looking into medical assistance for me(it turns out that, shockingly, the Atlanta airport has none available on Sundays). The shower facilities are top-notch, rather nicer than the hotel in which I’d spent the prior three nights. The food is mid-level hotel grade, which is to say wholly reasonable. The lunchtime«snacks» included small sandwiches, two kinds of soup, and an array of cut fruit, among other, smaller things, which was just fine. Breakfast was a little less generous(yogurt was the major item). Power outlets are *everywhere*, the WiFi is fast, the view of the runway is nice, the staff is friendly and attentive. My only complaint is the horrible lite jazz playing the whole time. It’s the very definition of elevator music, presumably both composed on and performed by software. If I had a layover of 2+ hours here again, or even shorter if I needed a shower, I would definitely come here.
