Food was awesome as usual. Order was messed up though. Good thing is that I like pretty much the entire menu. It was very busy though, so I can’t knock them too much.

To steal Jimmy John’s slogan, this place was freaky fast. I ordered a grilled chicken combo meal, with no lettuce or mayo, and literally as soon as I paid my order was ready. Wow. We only have one Chick-fil-A in Michigan currently, too, so I try to grab some when I’m in the South — I love their waffle fries. My only complaint was that my sandwich did have lettuce on it, but that can be easily taken off — I hate it when I ask for no mayo and the sandwich does have mayo, and this was not the case here. Yum! Hope we get more Chick-fil-A’s in Michigan soon.

I just witnessed epic customer service so I had to write a review of praise. I’ve always been a fan of Chick-fil-a because i think it’s a great company and the food is always good. This time was no different. My chicken sandwich was hot and steamy and the waffle fries were hot with just the right amount of crispness. Here is what I witnessed that WAS different from most any other fast food chain. They were VERY busy and had four registers running with 10 people deep in each line. It took some time until I reached the front of the line to order but the team work I witnessed behind the counter was outstanding. The employees hustled about in perfect harmony, they greeted each customer with a smile, and thanked me after I was given my order. The general manager would occasionally come out from behind the counter to interact with customers and to ensure the lines were moving and guiding customers to each line. I am totally impressed! Great food and great service!

I love chick fil a food but the service here really sucks. The girl who took my order, her name was Damia. She had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen on anyone. She had just the dirtiest look on her face. If you hate your job that much, just quit. She gave me an attitude because I asked for a second mayonnaise. At normal chick fil a’s, the mayo is out so that you can take however many you want. I’ll just skip this location next time I fly out of ATL.

I really love Chick-fil-A but there isn’t one located near my home town so I was super excited to eat there while traveling through Atlanta Int airport(concourse A)…but my heart was broken when I found that Chick-fil-A was the only restaurant closed in the food court! I still enjoy their food… I think… since I didn’t get to eat there.

I don’t know why I ate here given their horrible record on LGBT issues, but I think my rational was that it had a short line and I wasn’t about to take my chances on airport sushi next door. I had the spicy crispy chicken sandwich and have felt disgusting ever since. Eat here if you’re looking to get to your destination city with food poisoning and shame.

Corporate would be so disappointed in this location. They sell a ton of chicken, but the staff really hates the customer. It’s just soooooo obvious. There are many places in this terrific airport to eat that actually appreciate serving. Maybe it’s time to fire the whole crew and start over!

Getting a quick lunch before the flight. Ordered the nuggets. The girl did not ask if I wanted just the nuggets or the meal. I noticed she had a charge for waffle fries. I told her that I didn’t want them. She nodded. After we ordered and left, the fries were in the bag. I should have been more clear about my order, tho she should have asked.

Super happy with this airport chick-fil-a! Someone is doing a great job teaching customer service skills! I arrived at 10:38 and really wanted breakfast. The nice man that took my order explained that they didn’t have many breakfast items left. He named every single thing that they had without rushing me through. I got my bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and was a happy girl!!!

Chik-Fil-A is always great. This one is no exception. Just hate the long airport lines.

Another outstanding Chick-fil-A experience evenin an airport. Still amazed their competitors were empty while the line here was busy and moved efficiently. Food was outstanding.

As far as fast food goes in the airport this one is pretty good. The CFA line is always long, as expected for the chain. It turns into a game of guessing which cashier is the most skilled. The line I was in got lapped twice over by the line to the left. The order we gave was for a spicy chicken biscuit and a regular chicken biscuit. They call the order out by the name you give, so try to stick around near the right side of the counter so you’re not in the way, but also not so far that you miss them call your name. Decent location with decent food, so I’d stop by again while taking off from Hartsfield.

This is the worst experience I had at chick-fil-a. Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches which were cold and looks like we’re made hours ago! The fries were unsalted and when I asked for pepper and salt afterwards they said they were out of salt but handed me pepper instead.

One thins I definitely miss after moving from Florida to Hawaii, is Chick-fil-A! So every time I go thru Atlanta, I have to have a Chick-fil-A fix. This one is located at concourse A food court. The line is obviously longer than all the other places but it moves pretty quickly. Workers are efficient, nice and helpful. You will get the same quality as all the other locations, even tho this is at an airport. Consistency is very important. My favorite: chicken nuggets and waffle fries with honey mustard.

Hit the spot and a pleasant treat in the middle of a long travel day. Loved the fact that no matter where your terminal was, Chick-fil-A was worth making a pit stop for. We ran into some folks who were on the SkyTrain who couldn’t stop talking about getting some Chick-fil-A(although if you asked me, they seemed like they’ve had one drink too many, but I ain’t judging. Do you, boo boos). Needless to say, there’s never a bad time for some chicken.

Didn’t feel right to have a long layover at Atlnata and not stop at Chick fil A for breakfast. FYI they have a chick fil a in concourse A and C. Chick Fil A at concourse A welcomes you as you get off the escalators from the airport train. Friendly and polite staff as expected. They are very fast! I think if you had a tight layover you would’ve have to worry too much about your order taking too long. Solid place if you’re looking for something quick to satiate those fast food cravings.

What are you expecting? Chicken that walks on water? It’s a chick-fil-A. All its good stuff and the bad. And a price that’s higher than you’re used too. But it was fairly quick and the spicy chicken sandwich hit the spot. Waffle fries were a let down though. After all, it’s just a Chick-fil-A

Not impressed. I heard the hype but don’t you believe it! Staff were courteous and efficient but it was a slight delay with meal. I couldn’t wait to tear into the bag but was left down when I saw the soggy bun. Chicken was OK but not life changing. Waffle fries were blah. In the end I took 2 bites and trashed the meal. Chick-a-boom.

Stopped in for my last hurrah and the Chic-Fil-A in Concourse A hit the spot. I was originally 20 people deep in line but was ordering in less than three minutes; just lightning fast! My food was bagged and set in front of me before I could put my change in my wallet. Take notes Jimmy Johns. Waffle fries and sweet tea. Yum. Allergy warning: CFA fries in peanut oil.

This place is busy every time we’ve been here. We only had a 15 minute layover so we had to boogie. Even with the crazy lines we were able to order and get our stuff with a few minutes to catch our breathes. The cashier we got was nice enough, she kept trying to upgrade me so I had to be very specific with my order. I don’t like how you have no access to sauces unless you ask for them, we don’t have time for that! Of course I will return to this establishment if in the airport again, I love Chick-fil-a.
