Food is always good but given there is a double drive thru you would think they have it down. I haven been here many times and it is by far one of the slowest drive thru’s, hard to justify stopping in the AM.

We usually avoid fast food because of the quality of food. However, Chick fila is a fast food option that we have grown to trust. The drive in line was very busy and seemed to be backed up. Just when I began to decide to go elsewhere a second lane was opened. We ordered a kids meal of 4pc nuggets and waffle fries with a lemonade, Polynesian sauce and honey mustard for our son and a large fry and lemonade for myself. We were in the line for less than five minutes, ultimately!
The fries were extremely fresh and hot! The lemonade, unfortunately so good, I guzzled it down before I arrived home! What I’m mostly pleased with is my 9 year old son said the chicken tastes real unlike Macdonald’s and he spoke of the deliciousness that is Polynesian sauce.
Overall the experience was what we foodies expect! Good fresh food fast and hot! Awesome job guys!

This location is great! They always get people through the line quickly and the food is always fresh and hot. We frequently go there to get a gallon of sweet tea and are never disappointed with the tea or the customer service.

It’s a walk up/​drive thru only. TINY parking lot. Food is good and hot. Pain to get a drink refill.

This Chic Fil A is the slowest Chic fil A on earf. The food is pretty much the same as all the others, but the slow service is surprisingly slow. It’s only a drive thru and walk up service. U can’t sit inside because it ain’t no seats inside. They do have patio seats outside.

WORST Chick-​Fil-​A experience in 40 years! Went to drive thru (dirty), got food and jumped back on GA400. Opened bag — waffle fries were uncooked (soggy) and strips were dark brown (overcooked) — it was too late to go back.
I complained to CFA corporate — they sent me a $ 3 gift card «for my inconvenience» (meal cost me $ 7).
I sent the gift card back and told them what to do with it and copied the franchisee. Have never heard back from the franchisee nor CFA corp or anyone. Disappointing and an end to my long time relationship with CFA.
Buyer beware — this location does not care!

Terrible!!! Only reason I go there is because I am forced to because there’s not another one in the area. They have never one time gotten my order correct. And the worst part is that they never have food ready to go I’m always having to pull off to the side to wait for my nuggets. And after waiting for my nuggets for 3 to 10 minutes each time they always give me the wrong nuggets. I ordered grilled I pay for grilled but still always receive fried. And then they let me know I need to wait another 10 minutes for the grilled. Morons. Ever since the management changed or actually I think it was the ownership it has gone downhill extremely fast.

Location/​Ambiance:
It’s a twin drive through chik-​fi-​la, with out door seating. Not much to it besides that.
I usually exit from the mechanic shop that share’s the lot. Most people are trying to turn left from the main entrance and cause a little blocking. Skip it and bee line to the other exit to make a right on Roswell Rd.
Service:
It’s been completely random, where consistency is kind of lost. There are times where the lines for the drive through run smoothly. But there are bounds to be a few hiccups on who’s ever paying /​picking up that causes a jam to the others waiting in line. All I know is, avoid the 12 o’clock rush.
Food Highlights:
Each fried chicken sandwich has been steadily up to par. The fries can be overly salty to pretty bland. It hasn’t been consistent.
Sometimes there might be seeds in the lemonade, but at least you know it’s fresh squeezed. I guess.
Summary:
Decent quick lunch spot if you’re on the go.

I’ve only had a moderate experience here; compared to other Chick Fil A franchises. The staff is some-​what friendly, but they are more on par with an upscale McDonalds (Sorry guys, it’s the truth). The food is good though & I do enjoy the double drive thru.

Always great service here but sometimes the food is lacking to me. Picked up some breakfast this morning for the first time in a good while and I’ve had better at other locations. Then again, I don’t eat at this location much so who knows.
I’m rambling. Back to this morning. I got the chicken minis around 6:30 and they were a little dry. So disappointed. I was really hoping for their tender chicken so I was surprised that it tasted like it had been sitting out for a bit this early in the day. The bread was a little hard too.
The hubs got a chicken biscuit and he had the opposite problem — his biscuit was so hot and fresh that it was falling apart. His chicken was delicious though. Hit or miss, as usual with fast food joints. My waistline begs to differ but I wish there was a Bojangles around here because they are way better than CFA — I’m never disappointed with them.
Service is always friendly here though — always. And their ice dream cones are delicious, especially in the summer. It’s not as creamy as ice cream but it’s delicious and refreshing.

Double drive through with walk-​up counters and outdoor seating. This location has wonderful staff who always get your order right and treat you like a guest.

Double drive through chicken!!! What’s not to like??? I don’t get why people complain about the left hand drive? Lean a little bit people!!! And, God forbid, undo the seat belt if you hae to!!!
Standard CFA service — which means outstanding and extremely friendly. I love hearing «my pleasure» after I say thank you. I’m a big fan of CFA, and of freedom of speech (sorry, had to get my political statement in there!).

These guys are awesome I lost my wallet and they held on to it till I got back very honest people

Can’t say I have ever seen a double drive through before, at least out here in California.
This is your typical unhealthy fried food at its best. Besides the food being unhealthy it isn’t bad. The entire group was hungry from hiking Stone Mountain and this was on the way to where we were going.
Service was very friendly.

Been going to this location for 8 yrs! Love it! They support North Springs High School… my daughter’s Alma Mater! Food has always been fresh and service has always been super friendly!

The salad is good they only need more chicken

Yeah there are a lot of people who complain because Chick-​Fil-​A does not support their political agenda. Well neither do a lot of businesses, or actors whose movies you watch and buy or musicians whose music you listen to and buy. People really need to learn to separate the company/​person from the products and services they provide. And I am not sure how seriously people are going to take you shouting down Chick-​Fil-​A whilst listening to your old Michael Jackson CDs. Unlike Chick-​Fil-​A, he actually physically harmed people.
So yeah I agree Truett Cathy is pants crapping insane and I would never support him personally in any way, but his restaurant makes really good food. The spicy chicken sandwich is just right for me (read: really, really, really pale white) and the waffle fries are addictive. I do have to say I hate their ad campaign though. I know a lot of people like it and it is very effective, but bad grammar always annoys me, even from cows. The part that annoys me the most is they claim to be anti-​beef but their dwarf house restaurants, which include the original Chick-​Fil-​A serve plenty of ground cow greatness.
This specific Chick-​Fil-​A has dual drive-​thru lanes, which is awesome. I like it a lot because most people stay in the right lane and are too confused about how to get an order out of the passenger side window. I have long arms so I have no issues. This makes my total trip time here sometimes under sixty seconds.
Keep making the delicious food Chick-​Fil-​A, but I wish you would turn down the crazy knob just a bit. Oh, and open on Sundays.

This Chick-​fil-​a has dual drive-​thrus, which seems like a good idea unless you get stuck going through the drive-​thru that requires you to pass your payment and get your food through your passenger side window… and you’re flying solo.
Other than that, it’s your typical closed on Sunday chicken sandwich joint, just with no eat-​in space.
