Omg they have the SLOWEST people working there. The drive thru was ridiculously backed up like omg… It’s like this ALL the time

Always fresh and hot and they keep it clean. Having managaed 6 restaurants in the past, and considering myself a food junky… I am totally impressed with this place when I need something quick. Mgmt on point!

Ran out of sausage and they struggled to get orders correct, one gentleman had to come in the store from drive thru twice! Staff were nice.

i’m a regular at this mcdonald’s and i have three complaints:
1) they don’t put much ice in the coke so it’s rarely cold when i drink it
2) it’s almost like they intentionally turn the fries sideways or upside down when placing them in the bag and i end up eating most of my fries from the bottom of the bag
3) they regularly forget to put napkins and straws in the bag
that said, i love the double drive thru that was added about a year ago and the service is typically really fast.

It is very rare that I stop to eat at McDonald’s. Mostly when I’m desperate to eat and do not have time to sit and enjoy my meal. This McDonald’s was a gamechanger. Their drive thru is state of the art and I must say, the speaker had the most clarity of any drive thru I have heard. I want to add how friendly the employees were as well! Smiles all around, a Mickey D’s worth eating at.

Just ordered kids meal but everything was great quick and hot. Everything was there including straw, napkins and toy

Breakfast was on point … But I did order really simple… People were nice. McDonalds is McDonald’s … As long as it’s fresh and Hot.

Food is fine but they can never get my order right to save their lives. Not much else to say.

I’m currently trapped in the drive thru line. It’s been a 20 minute wait. Seriously. Get your shit together, switching from breakfast to lunch shouldn’t be this difficult.

Horrible customer service. Every time we go someone has an attitude, and they don’t care to please their customers. This time we ordered a falcons box. There is a sign posted stating and picturing the contents. The girl who takes our money tells us the sign doesn’t have cheeseburgers but it has filet of fish only. We tell her there are 2 different boxes. She says okay so you want cheeseburgers in the box? David tells her yes. She says well it only comes with filet of fish. What was the point in asking him that. Rude and ignorant. So after we obtained our food. We went back to the sign and photographed it, and back in the drive through to show her the photo. She had the nerve to say it was a different girl at the window and says she didn’t know that was there. And that’s why told you. Then I gave her a piece of mind. These little punks, that’s why you work at McDonald’s and that probably won’t be for much longer.

I live near this McDonalds, so we’ve been here more than any other. This is the most incompetent restaurant/​fast food I have ever been to. My order is wrong 9 out of 10 times. The people who work the intercom always seem confused and like they have no clue what they are doing. They aren’t very pleasant at the window, either. It’s mind boggling how many people here don’t seem to have a clue what they are doing. It’s scary to have that many in one location. I feel bad for the very few employees here who do seem to «get it.»

The people here are absolutely incompetent. Took me 20 minutes to get the correct order and they were RUDE the entire time. Nice location, and clean resteraunt… Idiotic employees.

Second time at this location late at night. Both times we asked for a strawberry shake and were told the machine was down (they don’t want to be hassled with cleaning it). Second we ordered frys, they were cold and not fresh. The same goes for the chicken nuggets.

Every single time that I have ever been to this location over the years that I occasionally go because of my kid, their french fries are ALWAYS bad (old and not fresh, not hot, over fried and fried in grease that other stuff was fried in and you can taste it), and their chicken nuggets are never fresh either and always so dry. I avoid this McDonalds unless I’m buying just a burger. But let’s be real, the primary treat of McDonald’s is usually supposed to be their fries, but at this location their fries are always awful. In my child’s happy meal the apple slices were so bad that they tasted like pure alcohol to me and my child! The drive through wait time in the afternoon is always a long wait as well. It’s a shame I have to go to a McDonalds way out in Alpharetta or Roswell just to get McDonald’s fries, nuggets and food the way it is supposed to be served… hot and fresh. Shame.

Drive through time in the morning (around 9) isn’t bad at all, quite fast as a matter of fact. What I can’t get by is the cackling and playing around that they are doing while you are waiting for your food then once you get it it is NEVER right. I mean NEVERRRRR.

It’s really a shame that this store has gone down hill. It was awesome till about 2 months ago and all of a sudden things changed. The fries are cold & when you ask for something plain, they just make it the way it comes anyway.
My Husband and I have ate at this location for a year and a half about 4 times a week and the last 20 times have consistantly been bad.
Please make it better ;)

Average McDonalds — but the drive through line stinks — expect at least 10 minutes to get through… If you try going in employees have absolutely no sense of urgency… basic egg McMuffin combo took over 6 minutes… I go to McD’s for speed… need to pick it up

I go here for the coffee. I have found that McDonald’s coffee is priced reasonably (right now, it’s a dollar for any size) and tastes pretty good. Mickey D’s now puts your cream and sugar in the coffee. I will say that you can tell them how many creams and sugars you want in your coffee all you want and they’re gonna put how ever many they want in it. Mine is never right. In order to be happy, I have to taste the coffee and ask for more sugar most times.
Service is friendly here and swift and I appreciate that.

This place does an amazing volume of drive through business, especially in the morning. they actually do a very good job of getting you through in a reasonable amount of time. But here is the secret. Go inside. It is faster! There is almost never a line. I do this quite often to save time and it works.
The coffee is great. I actually prefer it to uhm… other coffee from Seattle… And it is half of the price of uhm… other coffee from Seattle… And the Sausage Biscuits? Well, they are just Yummy!!! What’s not to like about fresh and hot???
Can’t comment on lunch/​dinner as I don’t go at that time. Staff id friendly, and as previously mentioned, fast!

This is an exceptional example of a McDonald’s outlet. The absolute best Big Mac that I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s (no onions, no pickles!) with a double generous dose of lettuce, and the double cheeseburger (ditto!) was hot and fresh. The staff was super nice and friendly. My home McDonald’s store could learn from this place.
