Chick-fil-A

Chick Fil-A’s are known for their consistency in food quality across the board, but in a food court as busy as Lenox, it is understandable if things fall by the wayside a bit.
However, this is NOT the case. Not only is the food always up to par here, but they are fast! They keep that big ol’ lunch line moving’ like none of the other places do. When I go over with coworkers, I’m always the first one done and spend a solid 10 minutes waiting on them to get out of the chipotle or Taco Bell lines.
Right now, they have their peach milkshakes and the «frosty lemonade» (lemonade mixed with soft serve vanilla ice cream) and both are fantastic and refreshing dessert options. I don’t usually trust fast food places with milkshakes (except Whataburger and Braums, but, by golly if Georgia aint got those magical establishments), but Chick Fil-​A does them well.
My only complaint is that, as much as I love the waffle fries, they are always «softer» than I want my fries– I wish the Chick Fil-​A fries had a bit more crunch!

When it comes to fast food service you only have a split second to make or break a customers experience. I have to say this is the happiest staff I’ve seen at any Chick-​Fil-​A. They clearly understand that a smile goes a very long way! Chase thanks for your excellent service!

Chick-​fil-​a is VERY popular at Lenox Square. Consistent food but busy. They often run out of certain items before closing.

I like this Chick-​fil-​a more than the one at Perimeter mall, but it’s a lot more fun to go to a proper Chick-​fil-​A location instead of a mall stall. Service is polite and respectful, food is good enough. I ordered waffle fried 10 minutes before closing, and they were nice and hot, tasted fresh.

Chick-​Fil-​A has done a great job of establishing a level of efficiency, courteousy and quality across all locations, however the Lenox Mall Chick-​Fil-​A is an outliar. No matter how many people are in line at the chickfila, expect at least a 10 minute wait. I don’t think it is any one employee’s fault, but just a general problem in the serving process. One employee takes your order, then leaves the register to gather everything together for you. In most other Chickfilas, the employee who takes your order gets the drink ready while another employee puts the rest of the meal together. It’s amazing at how slow everything moves at the Lenox chickfila. You also won’t see the same level of customer service at this location that you would at others. For instance, there are several employees who seem to not be doing much behind the Lenox counter. I approached one and asked for a refill and she told me to stand in the line with everyone ordering food. Of course it’s annoying for me to wait in the long, slow moving line, but it also impeeds the process more for someone behind me to have to wait for me to make a non-​transaction in the line. All the while, the girl was just «hanging out» behind the counter. Maybe she had some job function but it wasn’t clear and just appeared lazy. I live right next to the mall, so I end up frequenting the food court often and this terrible level of servce is highly common. I give them a 2 only because it is a Chick-​Fil-​A and I do love the chain, but this has to be the worst location.

Chick-​fil-​a at Lenox Mall, you are the saving grace of this food court.
You are worth the walk to the very end of the mall and down 2 escalators.

Although the appearance of this place is dismal and it’s in the food court of the Lenox Mall, I still have to give this place credit for dishing up good food and great customer service. This place reminds me of a McDonalds/​KFC but without the heavy grease, which I can be content about. Their Chicken Salads are very good, probably the best I’ve had at a fast food chain.
