Clothes are the same at any Ann Taylor store so let me review what changes: customer service. I went here to buy some dresses and return something that I bought online that ended up not working out. I don’t know if it is because the ladies working here are twice my age or if they feel they don’t get paid enough, or no commission, or pay for how hard they are expected to work(not to mention you should always work hard because you never know who you will run into or who will recommend you for a job later or just personal pride and respect of your reputation or presentation as a person) but I find they are not quite what I want in customer service. When I flag you down for help don’t give me an attitude and also not be able to remember simple size requests. If you can’t remember it, write it down. It is your job! Don’t say«I will try but no guarantees». Secondly, if I mention that I found a promotion on a bloggers website and want to use it and that I double checked online don’t call me a liar and then not even try to double check or attempt to help me and just brush me off(I ended up going home later that day and used the promotion code– i can even upload a print screen of my order to prove it!). I was ready to buy an financial amount that probably was about 2 – 3 times what these customer service made in 1 day so I do not understand why a customer who is about to spend a few hundred at ann taylor even before the sales and promotion code I found(not chanel but ann taylor when the average spender is maybe a little over a hundred) is smugged off as a liar and not given even decent expected customer service. Its not like I walked into the store and not buying anything! Ugh, I was so pissed off today when I walked out of the store which no women should feel like after shopping! Ugh, I refuse to go back to this location because of this. If you want good customer service at an ann taylor go to the one in alpharetta at north point mall.

Not anymore. I have spent quite a bit at Ann Taylor, but lately I feel like I’ve been made a fool of. They change their prices way too frequently. Buying a full-priced items is silly because literally in a few weeks, it will cost 1⁄20th the original price. This happened to me several times. They will only adjust the price on a full-priced item once if the item was purchased within 7 days. What do you think that means? They lower the price on the 8th or 9th day so that you cannot get a price adjustment. Staff is kind of snooty here, although worse at the Perimeter location
