We were in town for DragonCon. Was very excited when I saw Chick-Fil-A in the food court! Super nice staff. Food is absolutely amazing!!! We pretty much lived on this while in town.

First time to a Chick-fil-A. VERY busy during the lunch rush, but the restaurant keeps the line moving and the food coming very efficiently. Had the spicy chicken delux sandwhich. Was nice and tasty. Good for a quick/cheap bite to eat.

Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant. Cow Appreciation Day is one of my favorite days of the year. I love to dress up and getting free food is the best! This year was no different. I convinced fiancée to meet me at 7am at this CFA for his first CAD. We paid for parking, donned our spots, cow noses, and tails, and headed in. There were no decorations, posters or anything showing that it was CAD. That’s fine… we went to the register, I ordered a #1 breakfast meal(biscuit and hashbrowns), now for those of you who don’t know about CAD, if you are ‘full cow(spots, nose, tail, ears…) you get a free meal. If you are partial cow(a spot or two) you get an entrée. The man at the counter just told me that I can get a biscuit, I have to purchase the hashbrowns. I said, ok that’s fine, I’ll just take the biscuit then. I asked for no butter, and the man just looked at me quizzically, and said«no butter on what?» I said the biscuit… as that was the only thing I had ordered, he said, «oh I thought you ordered a burrito…» not entirely sure what was going on in that previous conversation… but ok. Fiancée ordered a biscuit and hashbrowns. He paid and we sat down. I realized that the man had charged us for 2 hashbrowns, even though I told him I didn’t want one, oh well. He also gave me a buttered biscuit… again, oh well. Not worth it. Fiancée went up to get some more water and stood at the counter styrofoam cup in hand, lid off… the clear indication that he wanted a refill. One employee looked right at him, made eye contact, turned around and walked away. Fiancée turned to the next employee who was standing at the register, who proceeded to just ask the person who had just walked into line what she could do for them. Fiancée was obviously there first, she just ignored him. Not sure what the issue was here, but this was by far the worst experience that I have had at a CFA. If this were my first time going to CFA, I would probably say that I would not have gone back… I am always so impressed at the level of respect, courtesy, and general disposition of most CFA employees, but this was very disappointing, especially on Cow Appreciation Day!!! Note: I did not write this review because I did not receive my free hashbrowns… that is not the intention of the review. Just disappointed in the manner of the employees that I encountered here… it was as if I had walked into a McDonalds…

Standard very good Chick-Fil-A fare with delicious, tender chicken. I can always depend on this quality when I visit their restaurants throughout the country. However, I am also accustomed to friendly servers who are polite and accommodating. Not so here. Rather rude servers… what happened to Southern hospitality.

Chick-Fil-A’s food speaks for itself: simply delicious! Reviews for different locations really end up being based off of the service and organization of the location. The Chick-Fil-A in Peachtree Center is always packed; however, they still move very quickly and efficiently. As busy as it always is, the staff and crew move quickly through everyone’s order, and I personally have never had a mistake in my order. Even if the lines are long, I recommend you satisfying your craving for Chick-Fil-A while on your lunch break from work or a nearby conference or hotel. The line will move quickly, and you will be on your way in no time.

Lots of cashiers so the line moves pretty fast. They also have 2 lines that feed into multiple cashiers to make it efficient as possible. Food is good, as always at a Chickfila. Friendly staff. The only downfall is you only get 1 refill and they mark you cup so they know. If you get water they also mark your cup with a «W.»

For a food court location this place still holds up to the Chic-Fil-A standard. Can’t go wrong with the spicy chicken sandwich!

I had no complaints about my food. I ordered a chicken biscuit and small sweet tea which both were fantastic. only paid around 3.75. but I arrived to the end of the line at 7:00 am and I was standing there until 7:30 which is pretty ridiculous at this time of day. there was only 2 cashiers working but tons of people just standing around. I would recommend going if you’re not in a rush to get somewhere.

While the leadership of this company seems to love to court controversy(recently, at least), they continue to deliver a very tasty chicken sandwich. Fried in peanut oil, the chicken has the taste of deep fried goodness without being too greasy. I alternate between the original and spicy chicken sandwiches(both equally good), but ask them to hold the pickles. I like the sharpness of pickles in hamburgers, but on a chicken sandwich, I feel like the taste of pickles is strong enough to eclipse the taste of the chicken. The«deluxe» version of their sandwiches includes lettuce and tomato, which again I like on hamburgers, but not on a fried chicken sandwich. Chick Fil A also has the best sweet tea, which I particularly enjoy as an Arnold Palmer, mixed with their lemonade. The sweetness of the tea and the tartness of the lemonade, with their powers combined, produces a very refreshing effect on my senses. The staff at this location is invariably friendly and welcoming.

Maybe this isn’t really a reflection on this location but the chicken is not what it used to be. I got the Asian chicken salad which was good. It would have been great if I had known I was supposed to request grilled chicken. Anyway so it came with chopped up nuggets. The nuggets were so mouth puckeringly salty it ended up making my mouth raw. Ugh. The sodium in my meal felt astronomical. I do not recall chick fil a chicken being this salty. I assume it arrives cooked and frozen so I don’t think it’s the fault of this location… I still love the biscuits though. I will still stop by for an egg and cheese biscuit on occasion.

They let you know you are a newcomer to an area when you mispronounce something. When I first moved here, I thought it was«Chick-Fil-Ah.» Within a week, I learned it was«Chick-Fil-Ay.» Since I ate here 2 to 3 times a week, it had to have been good(enough). It’s in Peachtree Center, per their website, so this must be the one. This meant that I could jump on MARTA, right next to our building, swipe my card, and be here a few stops down the train line, without even going outdoors. There is a large food court, given that this is downtown’s business hub, but this was the reliable stand-by among the fast food choices. Basically, one of the combos fit the bill: a grilled chicken sandwich, the waffle-cut fries, and a soft drink or iced tea. Rinse, repeat. It was really tasty for fast food. And you could check out a bookstore in the center and jump back on the train, in just about a lunch hour. I last ate at the one in Dunwoody, near Perimeter Mall, when last in town. The quality has been a constant. If in a Chick-Fil-A laden area, I am guaranteed to stop in at least once.

On my previous review I wrote that the customer service was only good. However, a lady named Tasvira works there and she’s great! I’m still not going to change my star rating since everyone isn’t like her, however, I thought I should still let it be known :).

Super convenient! Nearby a MARTA station. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and got honey roasted bbq sauce. What more can a man ask for? It was awesome. We went to this particular chick-fil-a about 4 times. The service was consistently good. The food was great. Couldn’t get enough of it.

As others have stated, per Chick-Fil-A’s website, this site doesn’t exist. But it is hidden at the bottom floor of the AT&T building across from the North Ave MARTA stop. Great chicken and biscuit breakfast sandwich. Sodas are refillable if you bring it back to the counter. Although it is packed right a noon, they have all 4 registers open and the line moves fast.

Was in town for a conference and decided to come here for a quick lunch one day. So good. Service was typical fast food, but it’s worth it for the food. If you’re from out of town, you should definitely make a stop to check it out.

I am a little confused as to why this one is listed as being downtown. I am writing this review based on what my receipt says the address of this one is, but it is located between West Peachtree and Peachtree and between 3rd and 4th Streets in an office building next to AT&T. Even does not have a listing for this location. Did I find the nexus of the universe? Where am I? Anyway, cosmic disturbances aside, this is a great location for a Chick-Fil-A. Near MARTA and a lot of office buildings, there is definitely some potential for some foot traffic… assuming you can find it. There are no signs that I could see, and you would never find it by looking online. I rarely eat breakfast but really wanted some Chick-Fil-A chicken biscuits. The lady was very nice as most people who work for Chick-Fil-A generally seem to be. I was in and out within three minutes which at least when ordering to go is a very good thing!

After an intense night of drinking in the ATL heat(which wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. being from SF and all), my hangover demanded that I get a juicy, moist but still slightly greasy chicken sandwich with criss-cut fries(and some sweet tea) from C-F-A. Honestly, I don’t know what kinda crack they put in this chicken. Or maybe it’s in dem pickles they put in there… but I just can’t get enough of these little critter burgers… I used to chow down on these things as a kid in SoCal… but in NorCal… I think the animal activists of the Bay Area has scared off these God-fearing chain(yes. they actually are closed on Sundays… the Lord’s Day!) away. Probably think we’re a bunch of weirdos… Anyhow, I penalized one star, cause the service here(as well as most other parts of ATL) stank!
