Ordered a Spicy Deluxe Chicken sandwich combo 6÷9÷2015. Discovered when I got home, had a regular chicken sandwich (chicken, pickles). Took about 5 minutes to get my milkshake, so it was my mistake for not checking while they messed with some cup boxes. Don’t even feel like calling back to correct it since I barely go to this Chick fil A anyway. Customer service was decent though…

What can I say about the first Chick-​Fil-​A inside of a mall ever? The food is consistent with what you’ll get at any other Chick-​Fil-​A so you’re fine there. The service, however, is what’s lacking here. Other locations, particularly at Windy Hill and Camp Creek, put this place to shame. You’re rarely greeted with a «Hi, can I take your order?» or «Thank you». It’s more along the lines of a blank stare with the occasional «yes». With this location being historic (somewhat), you’d think management would require better service from its employees. Guess not.
