Buckhead Glass

We had a very bad experience with this company. My neighbor’s house was broken into last night. They kicked her back door down and the glass was completely missing. She was distraught so I called glass/​door repair companies for her.
I came across Atlanta glass Repair at 678−539−0409 and spoke to George who then said to call him Jorge. He asked me to text him a picture of the door and I did. When I called back, he never answered and only replied by text, 10– 15 min later. He quoted a very high price for late night service but a better rate for service the next day. I replied to get clarity and he never replied again. I called him this morning. He gave me a quote again and said he would call a tech to confirm a time and call me back. He never called back. I had to call him yet again.
This time he said they could probably come out around 1 pm to take measurements and come back around 3 – 4 to put in the glass. I asked did I give hm the address last nght since we saying he would be out, but never asked. He said that he did not have it. After speaking to my neighbor again, I told him the glass was actually not shattered and still in 1 piece. He asked me to text him a pic again of the glass in 1 piece and the molding/​frame that needed repair. I told him I was the middle man and would have my neighbor send it and contact him direct to work out details, including the address. She called and called and even text him the pictures, but AGAIN no reply.
At about 1:30 she called me to tell me she still had not heard anything. I called him back and he answered. I asked what was the problem because it was getting late and she needed her door fixed and this company was very bad at communicating. He began to get loud and over talk me, saying he was waiting to get the address. I told him that she had tried to call many times and they were not answering to give tem the address. He said, he’s not dealing with us and told us to find somebody else, then hung up.
We waited all day for Jorge and teh Atlanta Glass Company, but had to find another company who was able to come out in 1 hour. I would NEVER recommend this company to any of my readers. BEWARE! They are not reliable and very unprofessional.

Called this company for the first time approximately one week ago and spoke with George. George provided a reasonable quote and I asked to set an appointment. He asked to call me right back to check for feasible appointment time. George never called back.
A few days later my husband called and also spoke with George. George agreed on a date and time, but was a No Call/​No Show.
I called George back yesterday and left voicemail, still no return call.
Horrible way to do business!

Our home was recently broken into and the bedroom window was damaged, we called Atlanta Glass Repair and Jorge quickly gave me the information I needed. Although it was last minute he was even able to come to my house after business hours the same day to remove the window. After taking a look at it he informed us that they could actually fix it that night, and got it back to us and installed within an hour and a half. We are more than happy with their customer service and level of professionalism. We would recommend this company to anyone!
