This is pretty nice neighborhood market. I’m all for supporting local businesses and this place is locally run and stocks great local items like Banner Butter and Emily G’s jams. The wine selection is pretty good as well and the prices are on par with Kroger or Whole Foods. I haven’t tried the deli yet but I was pleased to find the ingredients needed for a quick meal without having to go to the ghetto Kroger on Moreland or all the way to Edgewood. I’ll be back for sure.

This little bodega has been one of my go-to spots since moving to Atlanta 2 years ago, and they’ve only gotten better! Sandwich prices are between $ 6-$ 8 +tax. You get a bang for your buck with the amount they put into some of the sandwiches. My favorite is the Turkey Club. They let me customize it however I want and sometimes they triple decker it! They also have breakfast, a bakery, pre-made dinner by the pound, and occasionally pizza. This is amongst other things, considering that they are also a small grocery store. Their grocery items are on the pricey end so I usually just go for their sandwiches, chips, and a drink. Employees are great, kind, and there’s always a casual interaction. I’ve been enough to the point where one of the employees automatically knows what I want on my Turkey Club, and if you bring your dog, maybe the blonde lady with the slight accent will give them treats and definitely give them lots of love!

Aga(spelling?) is the sh*t. She has always been welcoming, sincere and generous with her preparations of my order. With all of the transitions of Bennett’s since it’s inception, she has been a welcomed consistency. — GP neighbor

Love this neighborhood market. The sandwiches are fantastic, the people friendly, and the atmosphere cozy. They’ve come a long way in 2 years, I’m a big fan of the Italian sandwich and the Blox bagel.

The caprese sandwich was very tasty. We also got tomato soup which was very good. I will definitely go back for more soups and sandwiches. I was incredibly impressed with the tasty food. The store also has ice cream and other snacks. This place is a hidden gem in grant park.

Bennett’s is an awesome neighborhood deli with fresh ingredients. Aga hand crafts every sandwich with pride and heart. This was the best damn Caprese sandwich I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to branch off and try the other menu items.

Great local place for sandwiches. Great option for nights when we have kids practices and cannot cook. A little pricey but very tasty. They also serve prepared foods but every time I have been in they do not have many prepared options to offer just a few sides or salads. The groceries are highly expensive.

Great sandwich and a few grocery options! Haven’t had anything bad! Cool beer and wine if you need to pick up something on the way to grant park. I disagree with other posts on customer service. Everyone has been friendly to me. 1 star off for sticky tables. Wouldn’t steer me away. Grant park favorite.

Horrible customer service. The lady taking our order was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at us, which we didn’t appreciate at all. Only 4 tables in the restaurant. We will not be back.

We stopped by to grab some sandwiches to take to the park. The staff was super friendly, and had two very tasty sandwiches made and ready to go in just a couple minutes. We will definitely be stopping by again, soon!

Bennets has some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten! I can attest for the chicken salad and the tuna salad and the turkey club! I really like this deli because they provides some unique items that you can’t get at the local grocery store. I also love that they provide local meats that were produced in Georgia! local in my opinion is always better! I defiantly recommend coming here for a quick bite however just know it is a bit pricy and service isn’t always the greatest. But overall good spot and great food!

Just had my first experience. Roast beef and provolone sandwhich. The first half was… meh. The second half had a pube baked into the bread! Bonus! No really, that’s gross. Now, it was baked into the bread… So maybe the fault would lie with their supplier. If not. Maybe be a little more careful. Just threw away ½ of my 10.00 sandwhich. Here is to hoping there are no surprises in these bags of chips. :/

Not the most friendly or welcoming group of folks work here. You almost feel like you’re walking into someone’s home uninvited and while they’re in the midst of dinner. This is exactly what happened on my first visit with a friend. My friend(who is from the neighbourhood) and I walked in, the lady behind the counter seemed to be preparing dinner for her kids who we seated at a table. They all stopped and steer. We were given the deer in the headlights look. No greetings. No, can I help you find anything. Her reaction caused us to turn and look at the sign on the door. Scratching our heads, did we overlooked the ‘Closed’ sign? Turns out the sign read, OPEN. Its freakiN 1:30pm on Saturday. My guess is, she didn’t want to be bothered and if you’re not a regular or part of their cult(?) The welcome red carpet is not rolled out for you. I really wanted to like this place, it’s one neighbourhood over from mine.

The sandwich I has was excellent!!! The lady at the front was super friendly and upbeat! I will definitely go back when I’m in the mold for a sandwich or salad! They seem to have some great soups as well! Oh and they have king of pops!!! :-)

Nice little«market and deli» near the northeast end of Grant Park. Neighborhoods like Grant Park need more little places like this to get thinks like wine and beer, other drinks, sandwiches, and little stuff, odds and ends, etc. Came here twice over the weekend to get some wine, beer and a baguette.

I think this place really wants to be like some of the bodegas you might see in Philadelphia, but it falls very short of it. The sandwiches are OK — nothing to flip out over. There are grocery items for sale such as milk, but you don’t know how much it costs because there are no price tags up. Maybe I would be able to ask someone at the counter how much the milk costs if there wasn’t a Grant Park mom cutting in front of me to gossip about some BS that happened in the elementary school parking lot. This is one of those places that make you feel like if you don’t know anyone, then you don’t belong there since you have nothing to contribute to the conversation.
