Really really bad service. Limited selection. I found a few things in the store that I liked but the service was such a huge let down… I would probably drive out of my way to go to another Bebe just to avoid it. The other locations have a bigger selection.

Customer service: pretty bad as well.
There’s this new girl there who moved from the Lenox location 6 months ago after 11 years is what I believe safe says. She seemed, tires and didn’t want to deal with customers.
I walked in, wasn’t greeted; then I picked up what I wanted, asked this lady if she can get me a fitting room, and she was just like yeah just go back there. Then I get in line, she’s casually talking to a customer for 5 mins as I’m patiently waiting with 3 others behind me. Then when it’s my turn, she walks off, leaves the register and doesn’t say a word. Another staff came in and started to ring the rest of us up after seeing that we haven’t been helped.

I will be coming back. Had an AMAZING experience here last Saturday. I was looking for a specific bandage dress. The staff welcomed me and helped me immediately after I walked in. They immediately knew where the dresses were and grabbed them for me and they had me size XS in stock which was absolutely lovely ! I was very excited. They had actually multiple choices. It was a great experience I even left with a sexy dress and I got 20% as well. I was very happy! They should definitely keep up the good work. :)

. The staff just isn’t that open to helping you if you arent some kind size 0 and a half.
This store is located on the upper level of Perimeter Mall.
My daughter recently needed a pair of black tights, why she couldn’t get them from any other store is puzzling, but bebe black tights were what we were on the hunt for this day.
We were in the store browsing for a total of 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The store was not busy, we were a total of four customers in the store, but the staff surely didn’t have any problem with chatting amongst themselves and dancing to the beat of the loud music that was playing in the store.
I’d rather go to the Lenox Square location.
