Great location between Publix and the Terra theater. I was in there buying a back up battery for my alarm system at home. Don’t order things like this online or from your alarm company. You can get it here at a fraction of the cost. Great prices. Best customer service in town. Go see Billy. He’s knowledgeable and easy on the eyes ;)

I took my iPhone in for a screen repair. They were able to repair the screen but the touch was disabled. Eli was super nice and said please bring it back and I will make this right. He didn’t charge me and just said we will settle up when you come back.
Fast forward a week and I return. He works on my phone for about an hour and when I return he tells me that he just isn’t able to make it work. He ordered a replacement phone by mine is the 128 gig and that isn’t what he has. He offers to bring a temporary phone to me and get me going while he takes my phone to the Apple Store and works it out. He promises me that he will make this good no matter what. We agree to just meet at the Apple store the following weekend.
A week passes and sure enough, the owner of the store shows up to Lenox mall and we meet at the Apple store. We go through the hoops with Apple, short version it couldn’t be repaired. Battery Citi stepped up and bought me a new phone. It says something when everything goes wrong they step up to the plate and bought me a new phone. I will continue using this store, they stand behind their work! Couldn’t ask for anything better.

A much needed store for the neighborhood. It’s hidden in the corner of the Publix shopping plaza, and glad I found it.
They carry a large selection of batteries for just about any purpose. I was looking for a replacement battery for my home alarm, and they had plenty in stock.
The also carry most sizes of car batteries and will replace for you.
Don’t bother ordering online, you can get what you need around the corner.

Smashed my screen on my iPhone 5 and I needed it for work to get to the rest of my appointments. Called around to check prices and they were the lowest by far by $ 20 – 30 less.
It took about an hour to replace the screen which was more than enough time for me to get to my last two appointments. And also gave me half on a screen protector to keep it from cracking again.
Overall great experience and their prices are much better than anyone else around.

I am using an inverter to provide electricity where none available. Works wonderful. Except, my extra large car-​batteries would be dead within ½ a day.
When I mentioned this issue at a visit at the Battery Citi 2 or three months ago, while waiting for them to replace my car-​key battery (which they did in an excellent manner, by the way), one of the guys there, Thomas (no, not me! Another Thomas!), explained to me the various types of batteries, and their best use and purpose.
I bought a type of battery right then and there, who was designed for what I am using it — even though that thing cost as much as my two large car-​batteries and cost. However, it’s worth every penny! It lasts 5 to 6 times as long, charges up quickly, and provides enough power to power my electrical hand tools (reciprocating saw, circular saw, Bosch bulldog drill, and such). Love that thing!!!
I’ve been back for various other battery related needs, and they were always able to help me right away, had everything I needed in stock, and were friendly and professional.
So: big thanks to the friendly folks at Battery Citi! You’re making a real, positive difference in your customers’ lives — and isn’t that what it’s all about? :)

Stopped by get a new battery and screen for my 2.5 year old iPhone 5. Billy provided exceptionally conscientious service, and they had the battery and screen I needed in stock (unlike several nearby competitors). I am definitely coming back here if I need my iPhone fixed! I strongly recommend them!

Eli and Billy went above and beyond what I expected from them. I went in to get a new ipad battery they fixed it and delivered it back to me at work within one day. Furthermore, when they heard that our compact flash battery charger wasn’t working, they made it their mission to get it fixed for us for free. This is my new favorite store because of the friendly service and cool gadgets. I am so tired of hunting around a huge store to try and find a battery they don’t have. Battery Citi always has what I need and at a pretty good price. The guys are also very knowledgeable and have the answers to all my ridiculous questions.

The owner, Tom, and all his employees are very helpful, knowledgeable and will bend over backwards to make sure that you are satisfied. I will definitely be using them again. They repaired an iPhone 5 screen and an iPad 2 screen for me.

Eli replaced the shattered glass on my Iphone 5s and the crazy phone developed a noise. He worked on it no less than 3 times, and kept replacing the parts until it was perfect. They lent me a phone, and delivered my working phone back to me at my place of work, THE SAME DAY!

Finally! A intown Battery store with people who know what they’re talking about. Thomas West is the owner who really cares about customer service and technical know how when it comes to batteries you need today. They have a very capable tech and repair service too. Top shelf service all the way!
