If I could give 0 stars I would. This is for the Baskin-Robbins portion of the store, not the Dunkin’ side. I would give the Dunkin’ side a 5 star and will review later. A friend of mine was having her birthday on a Friday night. I offered to bring the cake and decided that an ice cream cake would be something fun. I ordered everything online as it would be easier to do and it would ensure the cake was right. I picked out the design and flavor online. There is a place to pick the writing and the color and a box that says«If desired, enter other special instructions in the space below… Before placing your order, please inform your server(in the comments section) if someone in your party has a food allergy.» So in this box, I wrote: PLEASEWRITEONTHECAKE ‘HAPPYFIRSTOFMANY29THBIRTHDAYSLAUREN’ Do note that this this box specifically says to say things about any allergens, so you would really hope that they would actually read this box. I called just after I placed the order online and told them that I had placed an online order and told them the note I had left, asking if they could write that on the cake. The individual confirmed that they could in fact write my message. The next morning I called again and confirmed that my cake would be ready by 4pm, when I was going to pick it up. They called me back and said it was ready. I stopped by to pick up my cake and they could not find it. It took them over 5 minutes and three people to pull a cake from the freezer. The cake that the man handed me(as you can see in my picture) was a green cake that said«Hoppy birthday» I told the man that it was not my cake and he assured me it was. I showed him the order that I placed on my phone and he said that this was my cake. I told him that it didn’t say what I requested and he said well this is what I have. I explained that I had called in previously and confirmed my cake would be ready and the text was possible. He said that he could give me a dollar off my cake. I was so furious that this was the way they were handling their mistakes. Had they put«Happy Birthday Lauren», I would have been ok with it, but the cake that I received just looked like one I picked up on the way there and didn’t bother to have time to order. Also, had my credit card not already been charged, I would have told them to just keep the cake. I was very disappointed at this experience, especially since the cake here cost nearly double what a cake at Publix costs.

I have visited this store a couple times over the past year. Both times with a coupon I have received via email. Was no problem redeeming either. Sometimes there is no staff at the ice cream counter so you may have to wait. I think majority of business is on the Dunkin Donuts side of store. There are regular, sugar, waffle, and«fancy» cones as well as cups. You can get scoops or specialty drinks or treats. I have tried butter pecan(a regular flavor) and crème brûlée(a flavor of the month). I was not impressed with the flavor of butter pecan-not rich enough. The crème brûlée was a disaster. Didn’t taste like the dessert at all. Way too sweet, too much caramel. Too bad cause I was so excited when I opened my email and saw it as this month’s flavor. I was saying to myself why don’t they have crème brûlée. I really should have asked for a sample(which they do give). On top of the bad flavor, it was so soft and gooey, the guy had to scoop it in a cup and put my cone on top. On the upside, my friend liked his rainbow sherbet and Reese’s scoops. So I upgrade to 3 stars.
