Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Alan is rude and unprofessional. He made an appt between 10:30 — 11:00am, I rearranged my schedule to accommodate him. He called minutes after 9 to say he was enroute and would get to me about 10:20/10:30, no problem. 11:04 no Allan so I called the number he gave me which was his office number and the receptionist told me he tried to reach me couldn’t get me and so was enroute to Smyrna (I am in Alpharetta) his next appointment. She gave me his cell and I called and I said I’m not sure if this is how you do business but your receptionist said she just spoke to you and you said you are on your way to Smyrna. He said oh no that’s not true, I’m coming to you, should be there in 25minutes, I responded but you told me at 9:05 you would be here by 10:20, it’s now 11:07. He said «well would you like to cancel» I said no but this is not how you do business. His response was well let’s cancel, I don’t want your business. Well there you have it! I was floored, waste of time.

A nightmare experience.
The movers did not wrap any of our belongings properly. They packed the truck poorly, as a result most of our furniture was badly damaged. Further, they over charged us by 50%. The moving crew left a good portion of what should be on the ins floor in the garage-​some of the boxes and bins were abused to the point of the contents coming out. The mattress’ were dragged across the front lawn. Many items were broken. When I called «the irish boss», he became very angry and rude. I am attempting to file a claim with them, however, I am very concerned this is just a total loss.
