Dunkin’ Donuts

I just recently started working here, I came in under the new manager from a dunkins in n.reading. From what I have herd from people I have talked to in the short month I’ve been here is that the drive threw is pathetically slow and the people who come in to order feel like they are put on hold to accommodate the drive threw customers. WELL, I can happily say this is all changing. Thanks to having a new awesome, hard working manager and getting read of the the people who were not willing to be team members and getting some new friendly faces, this place is already so much cleaner, organized, upbeat, friendly. We’re working on making it a faster drive threw and very satisfied customers. So if u had given up on this place, PLEASE try and give it another shot. I’m a fan of Dunkin’s…I always need my Coconut Iced fix. However, this store lost a customer. I have put aside the frequent slow service from the drive-​thru, but on one particular morning last week, I was greeted by the most unprofessional employee (went by the name of Jen). Besides the rude greeting, I was asked to repeat a portion of my order 3 times because «it was loud in there». Funny… she heard the first half of my order. After snapping back at her, almost spelling it out so she could understand the English I was speaking, her attitude spewed through the speaker. I was tempted to get up to the window, take my coffee and throw it in her face. When I approached the window, it was another woman (very professional and courteous) so I cooled it. I asked for her name and told her she could use some training. Needless to say, I filed a complaint with corporate and will not go back to this store.

Should be no stars… got a cold cup of watery milk instead of my latte, and when I drove back, Connor, the store quarterback would not replace my coffee without charging me… that’s OK, corporate will give a crap, right? Dunkins can go to heck… they suck!

Just found a hair in my coffee!!! :-)

Stopped here for an iced coffee. This is a conveniently located Dunkin right off route 111 in New Hampshire.
