Keep in mind I am a former Starbucks barista.
Staff: not convince me that they fully knew what they were doing. Keep in mind they are Kroger employees not Starbucks employees.
Timeliness: my cappuccino came out slow enough that several people lined up behind me. They all appeared restless while they each waited some time for each drink to be made.
No ceramic cups, yet there is a sitting area conveniently placed by the smelly dirty restroom (in my other review of Kroger).
Looks a little beat up and small. Tables are in bad condition.

Since it’s located inside of Kroger, I only come here if I’m grocery shopping and need my Americano fix. It’s the only Starbucks on the eastside which kinda sucks. And they don’t have the greatest hours, especially compared to the other coffee joints on this side of town. But all the staff I’ve ever dealt with have been nice and friendly, so at least that’s a plus.
