Ashely in the office is the rudest, nastiest, and not helpful in anyway. She was completely rude to me the entire time I was in the office. The way she talked to me was so rude. You deserve to be fired! River Parks customer service was terrible! Not happy at all! There were $ 175 for fees that I have no clue what it’s being used for! There is never any hot water and the heater only heats one part of the living room. TERRIBLEPLACETOLIVE! If you decide to move in here I hope you do not have to deal with Ashley the office manager!

Awful apartment complex and managers. First, the rent is way more then other places that offer much bigger apartments(the one bedroom is tiny). If something breaks, good luck ever getting it fixed. The bathroom fan was broken the entire time we lived there, they didn’t fix it until a week before we moved out(probably so it wouldn’t be noticed when they show the apartment). The people at the office are insane as well. We had a complaint about harm the maintenance crew had caused, and instead of apologizing they screamed and accused us of wrong doing.

I have lived in River Park for almost a year, and will never renew the lease. I’m just fed up with the low cost-efficient service here. The only thing good about River Park is its proximity to the campus. However, other neighborhoods have shuttles to the campus and walmart, which can compensate for this disadvantage easily. The rent in River Park is expensive. Way too expensive compared to the quality. RP has many constraints from the beginning. While other neighborhoods allow you to move in earlier upon your arrival. RP forbids. They charged an amount of money for early movings for just a few days. RP recently open a new resident center which features internet bar, printer, and other stuff. And it lures you to renew the lease with the key fob to access to the new resident center, which I found ridiculous. People do not renew the lease are still current residents and have contract with the River Park. How can RP discriminate residents who don’t renew??? Not to mention the constantly broken printer and coffee machine. It seems to me that RP is just playing tricks rather than improve their quality. RP seems to me a profiteer! Most important!!! Package THEFTHAPPENS!!! And RP never takes any responsibility.
