Extremely disappointed and insulted after Professional Care Cleaning ruined an expensive garment. I will NEVER use this small business again. I am a reasonable person and understand mistakes happen, if they would have tried to rectify the situation things would be different. I do not enjoy being called a liar.

Rude when i dropped off the clothes– acted like I was an annoyance. I dropped off about 6 dresses and all of them came back ruined. All dresses were shrunken several inches in length and width. I checked the back of my receipt, and of course there’s a disclaimer saying they are not responsible for shrunken clothes. How convenient. I will never return here and am furious that I can never wear these clothes again.
