Eastside Coin Laundry

Decided to skip the middle-​of-​the-​night trip to do laundry since I wasn’t in the mood to be hassled for my laundry change. Showed up around 6:30AM instead… and there were still a couple groups of people piled in the corner sleeping around the table. It’s unsightly but at least this group didn’t give off the, ‘give me your quarters or I’m going to stab you on your way to the car’ vibe.
After I tossed my laundry in the dryer I drove to McDonald’s for an ice tea and upon returning noticed two of Athens’ finest outside. Apparently the owner had seen a Unilocal review and decided to have them check in from time to time. They asked them to leave, offering to drive them to a shelter… so I didn’t feel like too much of an asshole.
They’ve stepped it up. Therefore I’ve stepped my rating up.
