I have not used IHG hotels for a long while due to a couple of service issues. This hotel has restored my confidence in the brand. The hotel is very clean, staff friendly and good breakfast. I recommend this hotel.

Marion, IL
Clean and friendly, however the room was hot and did not cool down. We called the front desk. A woman came to the room and rebooted the unit. Really don’t think it was working correctly. She told us she would call in about an hour to check on the room. We never heard a word from anyone. We paid $$ for this hot room! Also the elevator shakes and makes noises.

The hotel appeared to be newer, the room was nice, and I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. Yes, it’s nothing different, really, but you get a wide variety and the cinnamon roll didn’t taste like it was made with crap.
