Very clean and organized for a Ross! It’s not a ghetto nightmare which is a huge relief when you just need to run in for a few things!

This is probably the worst customer service I’ve had in a while. I felt like the salesperson thought she was doing me a favor to allow me to be In her store. Theft must be a terrible problem at this store because their approach towards customers is accusatory with no reason in particular. Maybe some of the focus on anti-theft should be redirected to customer service. You are pushing the people who actually spend money to shop where they feel welcome.

I shop at four different Ross locations fairly regular. This one is always well stocked with what you expect to find at a Ross store. It’s as clean as you can expect it to be considering how very busy it is. Sometimes checkout is slow, could use more cashiers?

I refuse to shop here anymore. The staff and clientele are rude and do not make for an enjoyable shopping experience. I can also never find a size 8 shoe ever! The line to check out is also always too long and the baskets squeak. I have been to many other Ross stores and they are kept much cleaner!

It feels like a gulag shopping experience here. Other«end of run» places manage not to feel so desolate or to make the shoppers feel so suspect. Ross on the other hand presents a bleak store with crammed racks of rather uninspired merchandise. I cannot get over how exceedingly sad the place felt as I watched women pushing carts around with long rods attached to them so that they could be easily tracked as they moved around the store. It all had some kind of post modern apocalyptic feel to it. Almost like shopping hell with weak fluorescent lighting. At the fitting rooms, the protocols they have in place seem to scream«we know you’re going to shoplift, you thrift shopper you». The lady working to let you in also has to press a button to admit you to the restroom. She looked bored, yet harried. A very interesting combination. The prices here are good, but I don’t think I will come back, given the soul sucking desolation of it all.

This ross doesn’t have much furniture like some others I have been to. I actually went back three weeks in a row and there wasn’t anything new, they just kept getting the same thing sin over and over. I went to other Ross’ in town and there was a much better selection of home items.

A lot of people I know hate Ross. Me, I love Ross. I prefer it over the other discount stores, TJ Maxx and Marshall’s. I go into Ross and find the cutest sandals and t-shirts. I win every-single-time. This particular Ross has smaller lines and is not messy at all. It’s very neat and easy to find things in. Be sure to visit the Home Goods store down the sidewalk for your home, it’s great!

I love this store, I have been able to furnish my entire house at amazing low prices and at an amazing quality. At holidays the lines are horrible but other than that, the employees are really helpful!

Store was clean but poor inventory. Friendly employees-a rarity for Ross!
