Finally tried this place with some friends after a night in Basurero. The usual corny dressed, over plastic hot Colombian women serving the same exact food from next door. I like the postobon bottles along the wall with the glow, though. Good music, with a small dance floor to make for a cozy environment. A good night to get cozy.

Came here after watching poltergeist and although the decorations were a little tacky (mexican sodas everywhere along with upside down coke bottles at the bar) i enjoyed my drink as did he.
We didnt stay for long just one drink before moving on but I think I would return of i was in the area

Fun place to listen to old school spanish songs and dance around while having a couple drinks. Bartenders are nice. The drinks aren’t all that cheap but I don’t drink cheap liquor haha. They also have hookah which is definitely not worth the outrageous price it’s tiny and they use that self light charcoal. I go here once in awhile it’s close by. Pretty decent amount of people the last few times I’ve been.

Flash back to memories! At least that’s what songs do to me. I have been told by many of my friends that this is a place to visit. Finally I made it here. My family was in town and after dinner we had an after dinner drink or two… We didn’t expect to stay long but ended up sitting down for a split second, followed by at least two hours of dancing. This was perfect since my family was tired from their travels. The bathrooms downstairs are usually weird! So check their décor out. Bartenders have their sexy barmaid outfits on. They are friendly and most patrons are older men. I did see some young couples and groups come in. DJ will play anything you want! Songs from years ago are well received! Everyone at Ritmo60 will sing and dance along! Wear white because the restaurant-bar uses blue light and you will be glowing :) The risk here is you will dance, sing and have a good time!

Had a great time there last night on a date with my husband. A great place to go for beers and tequila after a movie at the nearby UA Kaufman Astoria. Very much a bar for adults, which was exactly what we wanted. Bonus: 100% hipster-free!

Ritmos 60’s stands for «rythms of the sixties» is a bar which plays music from the 60’s– 70’s but other tunes pop up upon request… Located in the heart of astoria, queens on stienway st. right off the R train… this bar is known for all soccer and boxing ppv events.
The beautiful bartenders and waitresses sport a courset n a mini-mini skirt as there uniform. perfect eyecandy, and its acceptable so your gf can talk all the shit she wants, your not a strip club.
Mondays are karioke Mondays hosted by dj dynastia amalla. And bottle service on any day of the week ranges from $ 50– $ 350 or a full service bar, there kitchen is colombian food straight from «BASURERO» restauraunt. But either way no drink minimum is requested at tables. be early fridays and saturdays if you want a table. because it gets packed…
