I don’t know what does that mean «Clearance, The Store is Closing» for this people, but this store its still open. They sold all the garbage they had with «big discounts» so they can buy some more and sell it later on using the same theory.
It’s not this the main reason for my bad review, but I have bought there stuff that broke with a couple of uses, like 5 times max. I am just against RadioShack since that experience.

This store sold me an altered/​refurbished iPhone 5 on 8÷14÷13 as brand new. After taking it to the Apple store to get it replaced after water leaked into it I was told by Apple that the phone was not authentic and the Apple-​Care I had purchased with the phone was no good. I contacted Radio Shack and they said, without even looking at the report from Apple or the phone itself, that they have nothing to do with it and they are not doing anything at all.
I then contacted Apple’s corporate office and they were very interested in it, they are now doing a full investigation into Radio Shack and after dissecting the phone a second time they found the logic board (main component) had been replaced with an older part, since Radio Shack refused to correct this and refund me or even give me a real iPhone the store manager at the Apple store offered to replace it and the very helpful girl at Apple corporate waived the $ 49 deductible.
The investigation into Radio Shack is being continued and they risk loosing the right to sell Apple products altogether, their conduct was truly disgusting and I want everyone to know that this happened and that they are selling refurbished products as new!
Do not buy anything from Radio Shack, even the Apple-​Care is useless if the product is fake!!! No warranty will cover an altered product.

Found a landline phone there advertised for less at best buy, but the manager would not match the price because I did not have the physical paper ad, a lousy $ 5, so I left and said, «and that’s why Radio Shack is closing stores.» His response, «They’re not closing this 1.»
Hope he sees the headlines today.
Worked out great because the one they had was an old model. I got a better one for the same price somewhere else.

I don’t have anything specific to say about this location, but RadioShack is such a price gouger. There are so many things here that you can get at half or near half price at B&H and J&R. It gets 2 stars for convenience, though.

Omg I have the biggest complaint ever!!! I just went there today and the way I was treated and the events that occurred where inexcusable. So I wanted to get a phone that was free which was a sale and I only had to pay 35 for the plan. The manager NICK specifically was talking with me and stating that it was free. As I was going through all the information and everything was activated I see the total price was 70 as the sales associate stated. I was very confused as the manager nick just said it was free. So there was a worker there who said he would have to call nick and ask him because the sale ended the 25 of December 1 DAY ago. As I waited and waited nick wasn’t there so they had to call him. Then they had to call the district manager… I was waiting about 20 mins. To get the finally result which was… unfortunately I cannot get the phone for free as the sale ended yesterday 1 day ago! And there was nothing they can do about it. I was shocked and speechless. They were going so hard for a crappy phone that was originally 30 dollars!!! Are you kidding me ??? As a nice gesture they should have gave it to me for free .I can understand if its a very expensive phone but for this come on guys. This is the holidays wouldn’t you want the same thing done for you. I will never ever come here again and will tell all my friends to stay away. As you can see for the other reviews this place is horrible. I am so disgusted.

I have been here many times. This is a solid Radio Shack location. This is a no nonsense store, just like 47 Street Photo or B & H Camera. You need to know what you want. Model number, name, etc. Here you go, how much, here is my credit card.
Radio Shack personnel is staffed by a Manager and associate during hours of operation. Everything in the store is scan for inventory purposes. So if you have make and model; your in and out. If not, it is a process. While the Manager is well verse with product line; associates are hit or miss. They operate through their inventory system. So remember, know exactly what you need to make life simple. This is not Macy’s.
I also need to mention, that on several ocassions I called to ask if they had a particular item in stock. I was assisted and told status of item quickly. Customer service, outstanding.
Overall, if you know what you want, Radio Shack is for you. If not, it is hit or miss experience.

Got ripped off here a long time ago.
This was around the time I was first signing up for cellphone service.
No worries. Right before I switched, I called customer service. As it turned out, I had been gypped. When my contract was up, I changed cellphone companies. Never went back to this particular Radio Shack ever again.
One more thing. If you think this Radio Shack was bad, try using Sprint. They really suck.

Is it just me or they just hire anyone here? The employees don’t know how to help or bother to. There is always more employees than customers in that store.

Not much to say about this Radio Shack. It was empty on a Monday at 7pm, but there were three people working there. I was not impressed with the camera case selection, but clearly RS has a few options of most electronics-​related items. The person who rang me up was fast.

Always a long wait, even if theres only one other customer. On the plus side they seem to always have a few employees hanging around available to give you help on selecting your choices (but not on cashing out).
