Called the company on 11÷28÷15 and made an appointment the same day (Thanksgiving weekend) and had someone over to check out my HVAC. The guy was quick to point out that my Ignition control board needs to be replaced. Told me he would go pick up the board and be back right afterwards to install it and I agreed that I would wait for him since he will be right back. Waited longer than expected — perhaps it was the weekend. Was able to get in touch with the owner (George) to clarify what happened. Overall, satisfied how the owner handled the situation and ensure his customers are happy.

Wish there was a ten star option!!! It’s Saturday, 11pm and no hot water. I am caregiver for two elderly parents, so In a panic and without luck I called local busineeses for emergency service. Not one call back until Sunday 10 am and they had the balls to charge $ 500! I found Nyc Mechanical Services via google. John had two servicemen at my house in 30 minutes. Mike and Leon were Honest, Efficient and very Knowledgeable. The price was unbelievably reasonable! I will use them for my AC as well!

Great service! Super fast response time, and incredibly honest. We lost our AC during a heat wave and George made time to come out same day and diagnose the issue… He was spot on and returned the next morning to expertly fix the issue! I HIGHLY recommend these gentlemen to anyone who is in need of AC service or repair.

I had a plumbing emergency during one of the snow storms and George came over on a Saturday and saved the day. He was both extremely professional and competent. His pricing was also fair and easy to understand. I will be using him the next time that I have a plumbing problem for sure!
